Ivy and the team at Aquatech did a great job on a repair under warranty. Their communication was brilliant both with me and the retailer who were in a stalemate over a warranty v receipt etc. Great repair and experience.

Ivy was terrific, friendly and super helpful. Arrage to have the product fixed while we waited as we had to travel a couple of hours to the store. Explaining the workings of the product to get the best from it long term. Very happy thank you.

Poor customer service. Had an extraction machine break after 6 weeks so I took it back to be repaired under warranty but before they even touched the machine they said it can't be claimed under warranty because there was moisture in the compartment where the waste water goes. MOISTURE IN THE PLACE WHERE THE MACHINE PUTS THE WATER!

I chose to deal with a Family owned and operated business.rather than Head Office.and not only got much better service.but much better pricing too.

All businesses have been doing it tough with lockdowns.so support the little operators please.

And the after sales service is second to none.

If you buy your KARCHER products elsewhere.you bought them from the wrong place.

Also they do refurbished equipment at very good prices too.

I simply cannot say enough about the ultra friendly service.

What a pleasure to deal with a company that provides good old fashioned customer service.

I had a problem with the hose on my Karcher. I spoke to Ivy, she talk me through how to diagnose the cause of the issue before I brought the unit in. When I brought the unit in she offered a second hand hose and gun which was significantly cheaper than a new one. She fitted it for me and said if there were any issues bring the hose back and they would swap it.

They have extensive range of second hand wands and other Karcher accessories at reasonable prices. If I was looking to replace my Karcher I would buy it from this place.

Today I was so impressed by the helpful pleasant staff at Aquatech.
My problem was promptly attended in an efficient manner. I would highly recommend Aquatech to anyone requiring their services.

Don't buy Karcher and dont get it repaired here. No knowledge and rude customer service. I bought the top model steamcleaner- vaccum. It supposed to do vaccum and steam clean toghether but in practice it doesn't work and the machine shut down when used together. When we returned it for fixing the problem, they didn't touch it and tried their best to show it a user error. Waste of $1200 and my time.

Came into this store just by chance the sales team were great to deal with and very knowledgeable about the products they are selling we Purchased a karcher professional series hot and cold with a wall mounted hose reel last June.
Had there tech krish come out and set it up
All very professional and great quality job.

A few days ago I had an issue with water leaking from the trigger they set out the same tech
He had it fixed and gave it a service while he was there in about an hour and was about to keep working.

The place in Melb for pressure washer parts and an actual service workshop. Very helpful and fun to talk with. Big stock of quick connectors and quality components.

I have dealt with Aquatech/Karcher a number of times over the years, they are always most helpful and explain the pros & cons of repair versus replacement. My recent experience with my window vacuum was repaired promptly and cost effectively. Their quotation fee of $35 is very reasonable. I would recommend their services.

Kartcher unable to help me but Aquatech did. Ivy was excellent and her knowledge of Karcher parts was brilliant. Great staff, service and great price. Thanks Ivy

Got my FC5 mop fixed here. Ivy is the best, make sure you bring the stand and all parts when you bring your mop!
This is where I’m going to shop from now on.

We contacted this store, after having been told by a large retail chain that we would need to purchase a completely new Karcher as parts were not available. After speaking with Ivy at Aquatech, her knowledge was amazing and she mailed out a spare part to us. She also followed up to check that it worked ok, but having found out we had not received it she even followed up with Australia Post. We received the best customer service and are more than happy to recommend this store to anyone else. They will most definitely look after you.
