Just went for a trial today with 2 boys, 5 and 6.5. I'm a former swimming teacher so know when they are generally good or not. Really impressed by the standard and attitude of the place. Kids had a quick assessment during lesson by manager as well. Kids loved it.

Poor administration, unenthusiastic receptionist (Jen) no intention to resolve problem, filthy change room and broken facility

Sent both my kids here. Great school and excellent teachers. Suitable for babies through to early teens.

Amazing swim school and amazing teachers who pay attention to detail when teaching. They are firm but kind to all their students and make sure that all students learn the correct technique from the little learners right through to squad. Students are assessed regularly and parents are informed after the
assessment. A big thank - you, to Will in Moorabin who catapulted my daughter to squad due to his amazing teaching technique.

Swim teachers here are fantastic - supportive, patient and consistent. Well priced classes with make up options.

After commencing swimming lessons from the age of 2 (at another pool) my son was slow to progress as the lessons have been based on play rather than swimming techniques. Since moving to Aquastar we are very happy with his lessons and he is swimming on his own now.
The staff at Moorabbin are amazing! They are so friendly and personable and we have really enjoyed becoming a part of their family.
Thank you so much for teaching my boy how to swim!

Thank you for fostering my son's love of swimming. Each squad session is fun and varied to help develop my son's potential. An amazing group of caring swim instructors and staff.

We love Aquarstar and Gareth and his enthusiastic and competant staff. We have been attending for 16 years and they have ensured my three girls are confident swimners. We have always had highly trained swimming teachers who have been friendly and very encouraging as my girls learnt to swim. Our youngest daughter especially loves swimming and still attends classes and wants to be a swimming teacher. I have never had any issues and all my questions are quickly answered or addressed. Keep up the amazing work guys. Cheers Kim.

We feel extremely satisfied and grateful to the wonderful dedicated instructors at Aquastar who have taught our daughter to swim and increase in her strength and strokes through their program. Our daughter is nearing the end of her levels and can swim with confidence. This is the child who wouldn’t put her face in the water. We attend the Berwick campus.

The staff and teachers truely show a level of excellence in their field. My kids love this place, they have flourished and it’s a pleasure to see your kids in this environment of encouragement and learning.

Good Afternoon Gareth,

I thought it would be good to let you know that my daughter has been progressing well in her swimming training.

Apart from Tom & Will as her coach, Moran has been instrumental in encouraging her to enter into the elite path of swimming. During the last two weeks of High Performance training, under the guidance of Moran, she was able to break her PB for breaststroke and to top if off, her breaststroke came under one second of State time in her age group.

As a parent, it brought joy and excitement to see my daughter moving to the next level. Aquastar has made this possible through their extensive swim program and without hesitation, I would recommend Aquastar as the school to be for swimming in the local area.

Once again, Aquastar is indeed blessed to have such a dedicated and talented staff as Moran Galdor.

My child went swimming at the Keysborough branch with school for the swimming program. Rude staff and instructor. It felt like their level of professionalism was not the same maybe because the children who attended at the time are not regular students. Child never done the backflip and the technique was not properly explained. When my child swallowed a fair bit of water and informed the instructor, they were pushy and informed her to just keep swimming rather than re explaining/teaching her. Would not recommend. There are better swim schools out there.

We take our youngest to the pool in Moorabbin near Bunnings and the older two at the Haileybury campus in Brighton. The teachers and quality of teaching is excellent and much better than a previous swim school we used to attend. It is only a 25m pool at the Moorabbin and Brighton-Haileybury centre which is enough if you have kids that are not in squad.

Good place for kids to learn swimming. My kid loves it and waiting every time to go for her next class.
