John and his team did a fair job renovating our roof. They were responsive and we’re satisfied with the roof itself. However, more than 6 months on from the roof being fixed, the job remains incomplete and our attempts to make contact are now being ignored. We’re still waiting for the site to be cleaned up per original scope of work, including the removal of an evaporative cooling unit currently sitting outside our bedroom window. We paid in good faith the job would be complete - we were assured they’d be back to clean up (we were even asked to pay a portion of the invoice early to help out with cashflow, which we supported). Superbly disappointing service.

We're really happy with the work completed by Aquaseal. Excellent price and John and his team were friendly and very thorough.
My one gripe was that, as part of the job, some extra painted/sealed tiles were to be supplied upon completion of the work. Despite a number of email and phone call reminders to John we did not receive these.

Hired Aquaseal for repainting metal roof and gutters. Roofing was completed and to a professional standard however the gutters and flashing were rushed. Despite raising my concerns prior to payment i was assured all would be ok. I paid the invoice in full, in good faith. Unfortunately my concerns were realised with moisture stains on the gutters from painting just prior to rain and now paint flaking on the flashing only 5 months since job was completed. Despite chasing up this business many times since the job was completed in September 2022 they have not returned to fix. Disappointed!

Aquaseal did a very good job in restoring our metal roof. It was rusty with some holes and leaks. They resolved the problems and painted/covered the roof. There is a 10 year guarantee - so I am happy. Good job

John and his team cleaned, repaired and painted the roof of our 1980 tile roof, waterblasted, repointed, replaced broken tiles and 3 coats paint in one day instead of initial 2 days. Great job guys.
