Interrupted the man while he was playing something on his computer he was rude and did not want to help told me to go to another shop. I left the shop with nothing and will never go back.if i owned the store he would not be working for me he should not be serving the public.

Had to arrange a warranty issue with my saltwater chlorinator and Jacky help out with this issue with the best customer service and arrange delivery for me superfast. A+ guys thanks

I walked in last weekend to buy a pool robot and a new pump totalling over $4,000-the guy refused to test my water because it was raining and it was a waste of time testing it-so I walked out never to return -after 20 years of swimming pools I know what I am doing and the little bloke who served me had a big attitude- probably the owner!

I’m normally supportive of our local businesses but what a disaster you lot are. Overpriced, rude staff, many better options in the area. And no I will not be in your system because I was smart enough not to use your services. Avoid.

I always leave this place feeling i'm in good hands. Great at servicing the pool and also recommending the right products
