Would never shop here again. I had to pay for a wetsuit so they could get it in the store. When I went to pick it up, it was pressured sales people that tried to fit me in a wetsuit that was clearly too big and then tried to sell me the more expensive model that also wasn’t in stock. Requested a refund and continuously received long winded responses that it had been processed been when it hadn’t. Only received confirmation and the money after I took steps to dispute the transaction with my bank. Not too busy to take the money but way too busy to process a refund.

Really great service this morning. I live in the area And was always going to go into the shop to get some later than never did, silly me. I should’ve done it ages ago very happy with my purchase thank you.

Friend, simply went into store to purchase basic two piece beach bathers after looking for over 40 minutes she reluctantly felt compelled to purchase a pair as sales person was pushing product. No sooner had friend walked out of store she felt unhappy with purchase and walked straight back in and asked politely for a refund and was bluntly told no refunds. This we felt was very unreasonable

I visited this shop late last year as a novice swimmer. Instead of trying to push a lot of unnecessary gear towards me or pressure me into buying things I didn't need, the staff asked me what my goals were. After a brief discussion they pointed me towards right products for my skill and level of commitment.

I have since been back twice to pick up more gear as my skill and commitment have both increased. Each time I go back Elizabeth is there to answer all of my questions and point me towards exactly what I need to accomplish my goals.

Aside from being knowledgeable and professional the staff are also friendly and kind. I would highly recommend visiting this shop.

Today I went to this shop to buy only a Goggle but fortunately, I bought so many stuff because the acceptable and affordable prices I wasn't expecting to have a friendly and wonderful customer service with a great knowledge of swimming products that provide and fit to all swimmers needs if I could give 6 stars to this shop I will do that I strongly recommend this shop

Came here about a week ago after deciding to go buy some fins and paddles for training. As soon as I walked in Michael assisted me with choosing fins. He sized me up to a true fit and sure enough they were perfect fit in the water. I also bought some paddles which then again I got the perfect size for my hands. Highly recommend aqua shop Melbourne for your swimming needs as they always go out of their way to assist you. Also my favourite swim shop because they have years of experience and really know what they are talking about with recommendations and personal experience.
