Everyone was friendly but NOT PUSHY and they were helpful transferring important Windows data and helping to solve other unexpected issues. They are professional and if one staff member can't help another one who can is available. The after sales support is excellent. I've used them before and will continue to do so. Well done guys!

Fantastic service. I used Apptech to sell my iPhone XS Max recently and the service and pricing was too good to refuse. Will never use eBay or Gumtree to sell high quality apple products. Thanks Apptech

Avoid this place if you are after apple product test. Apple store would test the device right in front of you and won’t cost anything whereas this place would cost you $88. The worst part is their engineer team has no etiquettes and would call and threaten you to pay for the service else you won’t get the device back. This was the response when I asked about the cost.

Got any Apple device related issues? Talk to these guys.
After running pillar to post dealing with annoying Officeworks and inept Apple tech support, for a new MacBook (yes, that's true!), we reached out to Apptech. Andrew understood the issue and immediately put us to comfort by getting on phone with Officeworks. He even expedited the repair (yes, new laptop required repair. We're not dealing with Officeworks again for electronics) and got everything sorted within warranty.

The team at Apptech is quite experienced and professional. They understand consumer needs and provide the best support possible.

Staff were very friendly and polite. They knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. The turnover time was only 3 days and I was very happy when I picked up my laptop. Definitely will be coming back for future Apple tech problems.

A very big thanks to the guys at Apptech for all their assistance, especially Andrew. These guys really know their stuff and are passionate about their work. They are my first and only port of call when it comes to Apple solutions. I Highly Recommend you give them a call, for anything Mac.

Incredibly disappointed with the lack of empathy and poor customer service that I experienced at AppTech. Do not come here for your Apple issues.

They are not transparent about turn around times on inspection of products. Having been assured that the initial inspection of my water-damaged macbook pro would be completed in 2-3 days by ONE OF THEIR STAFF, it wasn't until over 1 week later that they actually completed the assessment. I understand in these difficult times more time may be needed, but you should INFORM your customers up front if there will be delays and make sure that your staff aren't making promises they can't keep.

I wasted $88 for absolutely nothing, when I could have just had an assessment performed by Apple for free. The OWNER and staff need to take responsibility for what they tell their customers as not being honest can cause major customer distress.

Oops, there is no 0-star option.
Do not go to this store to repair your apple device even it is apple authorized!
I went for repairing my macbook pro 16 inch which I just bought for 3 months. It takes me two weeks and they only re-install the OS system and create a NO TROUBLE FOUND REPORT. However, when I use my macbook today, the FCPX takes 389% of my CPU%, and OBS64 occupied 128% of my CPU. This store is not professional at all.

After spending 4+ hours on the phone and a visit to the useless Genius Bar at Chadstone a friend suggested taking my faulty iphone 7 to AppTech. They didn't blame the non standard glass for the multiple problems the phone had and suggested a solution. While i wasn't thrilled with paying for a complete replacement after only 12 months of ownership the benefit is that the replacement comes with 12 months warranty and it meant i didn't have to learn a new phone. Thanks folks your understanding and 24 hour turnaround was impressive.

They were unable to repair my 12 year old Mac. No charge for their time and I would have paid. Excellent service and great rapport with seniors.

The singular worst customer service experience I have ever had! Lack of up front information, withholding important information that would assist in making an informed decision, price gouging and above all else, rude and offensive, this was not just me, I witnessed this whilst in the store, the proprietor mocking customers, providing misleading and confounding information and treating them with contempt. Avoid at all costs.

Not impressed ordered paid for phone told 3 days 1 week later still not received rang them they said did not have address it was given re gave address 1 week later by thursday got phone call fromn shop to say phone at police station left by postie had to go and pick up this was a express delivery. Also phone was white i ordered silver so all up not happy or impressed with service and spending over five hundred for all this to happen

Went into apptech today to get my iPhone X back and front screen fixed. Told me they have to take it away and would be without a phone for 2 days then said if I went though with it, it would cost me $818 even tho I told them my phone still had apple care and warranty. All there doing is trying to rip you off
