Approved did a very complex job at a particularly difficult time as regulations were changing for lightweight construction jobs that had cladding, it was frustrating for all concerned, but they worked with us to get a reasonable result that we meant the job could progress, It wasn't fast but that wasn't their fault as the regulations were in a state of flux, They returned calls as quickly as possible in this very difficult time, thanks to Lloyd and the team
