Highly recommend getting all your electronic issues here. They know everything, can fix anything and are at competitive prices. I've been here many times but the last time, I took my laptop to another shop which wanted to charge me $230 for a motherboard fix but nothing was wrong with it. Took it here and ended up leaving same day for $50. Most honest and awesome guy here. Go here guys, 100% satisfaction!

Jose and his team have been fantastic fixing and updating my Macbook Pro. I had a bespoke Mac that l purchased in London on 2012 which had an 8GB RAM and 1Tb hard drive specificaton that followed through to 2018. I replaced the hard drive with a 1TB SSD and a new battery and all is still running rapidly. When l wanted to know if l could update with an SSD, l spoke with a Mac tech I Arizona who was not allowed to advise that the Mac could be updated. But 'suggested' that an independent tech may be able to advise. Jose also has refurbished Macs that are very well priced. One issue with such an old (but fast) machine is that Apple block the OS updates. So eventually l will be snookered.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I was looking for a computer and My friend referred me to Jose who runs JMC COBURG COMPUTERS. Jose had been wonderful and has gone over and above to help me to secure a Mac book according to my choice. What I gathered from my experience is that Jose gives priority to customer service and satisfaction. Would recommend this shop and will use it again for future purchase.

HONEST is the first word that I should tell about Joe. JMC computer sells all sorts of computers, mainly iMacs, MacBook and Apple branded, as well as Windows PCs, Laptops. They have also mobile accessories. Anyway, their repair services are second to none. Joe greets you with a smile, listens to you with patience and quote you on the spot mostly when the underlying cause is obvious. In front of me, I heard him talking to one customer whose high end iPad was sent here to fix and was quoted $250. But later Joe found more problem with logic board which he told the customer but didn't charge extra but only $20 for extra work. After finishing his conversation, his repairing team told him that he could ask the customer for more as the logic board needed much time to repair or replace. Joe smiled but said his priorities are for customers not money. I'm sorry that I overheard the conversation being there, but couldn't resist myself to tell you the story. I went there to replace my DLP projector's colour wheel which was really time consuming and uncommon experience to them too. Joe's repairer Kuber, another nice engineer, was patient enough to learn projector specific repair techniques to change this part. They charged me only $100, the amount Joe quoted at the first time. I personally know they had to work for several hours and on few instances to deliver it working nice to me. Then I thought I should take some pics of the store and let others know this is the place they should come in need. Guys, JMC computers is your place when you need. Don't look and waste time searching others. It's really hard to get an honest and reasonably priced educated repairer now a days. Thanks for your patient reading.

I went in with a late-2011 Macbook Air that wouldn't turn on. It needed a new battery and new RAM. My laptop was working and ready for pickup in less than 24 hours. I also got a new laptop charger and screen protector for my phone. It was so convenient to get everything in the same place. I will definitely return in future!

Jose really saved my bacon! Charging port in my laptop was damaged and seemingly beyond repair. Not for Jose! Got in the part I needed, fixed it quickly and even lent me a loan laptop to tide me over. Wonderful, friendly, high-quality service. Strongly recommended.

These guys have very competitive prices and do a fantastic job. I went in and got the logic board replace and they noticed that my speakers were broken and replaced them as part of the service. I'm a DJ and this means the world to me thank you so much.

You put a fake phone screen on my phone and then only offered me to remove it or give me HALF my money back I’ve told many people to avoid you since then, you don’t deserve any business pulling cheekies on paying customers.

The owner is very helpful and willing to help if things don't work out the first time. I went back to him when my purchased device had an issue and he rectified it for me with no additional cost.

I took my iPhone to the Apple "Genius" Bar in Highpoint for a battery replacement, and was told it was too old and couldn't be done. So I tried JMC. Half and hour and $40 later, new battery and phone is working great. Not such a genius, Apple!
