Believe me, I’ve tasted my fair share of pizzas, but Appetito’s creations hit differently.

Now my family’s experience with Appetito wasn’t just about the taste; it was about comfort and trust. It became more than just a meal for us. When My wife gave birth to our second boy Levi. It was Appetito’s pizza provided the comfort and fix we needed, and not just for us but for the nurses too.

Last night, they came through with their A-game. Not only did the pizzas taste divine, but they went above and beyond. There was a tiny mix-up in the order, but guess what? They included an extra pizza as a complimentary gesture. Now, that’s what I call exceptional service!

And here’s something that really made my heart swell - my little one, Levi now 5months.who’s yet to fully embrace solid foods, couldn’t resist his urge for the special garlic cheese pizza. That’s how you know it’s top-notch; it’s got even the youngest critics vote!

So, if you’re in Carrum Downs or happen to swing by, do yourself a favor and visit Appetito. Trust me, it’s more than just pizza; it’s a slice of comfort, happiness, and darn good food. Thank the heavens for this gem of a place!

Pizza was ready within 15 minutes and all were of excellent taste and quality. Most importantly, they were exactly what we ordered.

First time dining here. Service friendly and without delay. Good menu with lots of choices. Drinks and food arrived quickly. Surprisingly large portions, but food seemed a bit precooked.
The pastas were cooked well but sadly the sauces tasted too thick and heavy. Salads were served beautifully fresh. We enjoyed the atmosphere and location but the kitchen needs to improve to fill the empty tables.

The restaurant is well set up, clean and spacious. We booked for 4 on Saturday night and ordered drinks, pizza, 2 lasagna, salad, 2 pasta meals and icecream. The pizza was fantastic.

The lasagna were only warm, even though we had specifically asked for them to be served very hot. The pasta meals were ok, but the pasta itself was cheap and broke (unlike pasta from Italy) and the sauce was too thick.

But even though there was only one table of 2 and one table of 1, our dishes were not cleared away, the beer bottles were not cleared, the water jug was not filled and we had to ask for cutlery when our meals were served.

We were going to come with a social group of 20-30 guests next month, but no way now. Sitting at tables with dirty dishes and food not up to par, we’ll be going elsewhere.

Really poor service. Ordered a family sized pizza. Was told 25 mins. 1 hour later called to follow up. Was told pizza was on its way. It arrived within 10 mins of my phone call.but stone cold and without the extras I asked for. I live 300mrts from their shop. I know I was lazy.but I have just finished a 12hr shift. Spoke with the manager and he was defensive and tried to tell me how hard it is to deliver a hot pizza. Pretty sure Pizza hut and Domino's have mastered that craft at half the price. Not even so much as an apology. That's not the first time either.like me, go elsewhere. The are a bunch of clowns.

5 friends went to Appetito’s last Sunday to dine in. We all had a lovely time. The pizza I ordered was amazing and everyone there enjoyed their food. Staff were friendly and polite. Will be coming back again soon.

Risotto is bland as. Tastes like plastic.
Pizza crust is terrible - meat lovers pizza tastes like the ham is off.

Mum got a spaghetti carbonara and it smelt like burnt rubber.no exaggeration.

Coffee is just hot water.

Won't be back.

Had a great dinner. I had the chicken schnitzel with chips and mushroom sauce. The chips were perfect but the schnitzel was a little over cooked. I still enjoyed my meal and the service was very friendly. I will definitely be back.

I had an item missing from my delivery order, when I called to arrange to collect the missing item the boss took over the over phone call, from the polite woman I was speaking to, to start yelling at me that he isn't taking a loss because of the app. I'm very confused but it's bad customer service either way. I'd give no 0 stars if possible.

I was recommended this Restaurant by a friend that lives in area, although l live in Mt Waverley, l play golf at Ranfurlie Golf Club nearby to this Restaurant and my friend said unlike many franchise Pizza Restaurants, here they put on “ABOUT DOUBLE THE TOPPINGS AMOUNT THAN YOU NORMALLY GET”. I been here 3 times now and fully agree and the toppings are quality as well, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

10 stars again. My medium supreme pizza with egg was so full of fresh juicy toppings that it will last me 2 days.

Fantastic service and really kid friendly. Our food arrived quickly which is idea with small children! Coloring pencil for the butcher paper would have been great but we can easily being our own when we come back.

This is the best place, staff are so lovely and always make you feel welcome and at home.

Had dinner there, wanted a receipt that we could claim the 25% Dining and Entertainment rebate and they couldn't even churn out a decent receipt / tax invoice with their ABN and break down of dishes. Seriously dodgy business. I wonder if there is a reason why they make it so hard to churn out an official receipt / tax invoice that is recognised by the government

I ordered online for a 6.15 pm pickup. I arrived at the restaurant at 6pm so that I'd get it straight out of the oven. When I arrived, it was already cooked and under a couple of other orders. It was cold! Why ask for a time, if you're going to cook it as soon as you get the order. Very disappointed

This is a lovely family restaurant. The food is really good and the service likewise. Staff really friendly.

Tonight placed order at 6.20pm, was told it would be delivered in an hour, rang at 8.00pm, to query where it is. Was told just left and is on its way, less than a 10 min trip (Seaford). Rang again at 8.30, still on its way. When it finally arrived at 8.45, it was wrong order and cold. After being a loyal customer for 7 years, i will never order from them again. Disappointed to saythe least.

This place makes up prices as they go. Went for lunch and ordered calamari as listed on entrees and was overcharged to what the menu stated, when I asked to see the price on the menu the management were to stunned to speak. Turns out the price they made up wasn’t on the menu. Also got double charged for pizza. Apparently they have two different prices for pizza dining in and takeaway. Horrible pizzas and lack of customer service is laughable.

I have been ordering piza and other meals from this restaurant for 7 years and tonight was there last chance the order was delivered and it was cold and not what we ordered it took 2.5 hours to arrive it was cold at 8.05pmwe rang again and was told it was on its way and at 8.45pm it arrived
