This gym caters to all fitness levels and weight disciplines. Customised training programs can be tailored to suit individual needs. Personal training by friendly qualified staff is also available by arrangement.

Amazing and clean gym facility. There are various unique equipment that I have not seen in any other gym such as: individual leg extension and hamstring curls, hip flexor machine and self propelled treadmill. Staff and members provide a welcoming and friendly environment, which motivates you to return and train again. Highly recommend.

Possibly the best gym I've ever trained at. Plenty of equipment and great support. Never felt more welcome then when I started at Apollo Gym.

Great vibe! They have abundant of equipment! Lots of room to move and have different machines to choose from. But I guess the most important thing is that the staff are helpful and actually care about my safety during my last session? I think that’s very important.

I came to Apollo gym with tight hip flexors and poor squat technique. Thanks to Paul (who’s knowledge in the industry and tailored advice is nothing short of impressive) my mobility has noticeably improved and I can now squat bellow parallel!
You won’t find more knowledgeable and supportive coaches in the industry who genuinely care about you and your individual goals. There is a community mindset and welcomeness as soon as you walk in… not to mention you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to the high quality equipment available!

I've been training with Paul at Apollo Gym for about 6 years now. There's no other gym like it. Paul has extensive weight lifting and functional fitness knowledge and is always willing to give advice. The gym is clean and tidy, with covid protocols in place. Great social and inclusive atmosphere, and the gym has just about every piece of high quality equipment you could dream of using. I'll never go anywhere else, very highly recommend Apollo Gym.

Best Decision I made was switching to this gym. The staff are polite, welcoming, friendly and always happy to help if ya have any questions. I was with the mainstream gyms for years and decided to switch here as I wanted to see what a more sports/performance style gym was like and im impressed by how great of an experience it is and that there is no 'ego's' everyones just there to train and better themselves. I also got a Fitness coach/PT - Matt - who is great and supportive.:)

I've been in and out of gyms for the past 20 years and I thought I'd seen some of the best on offer until I walked into Apollo, this is without exception the best gym I've ever trained at in my life from the shear amount of amazing equipment to the thoughtful layout of the gym.
On top of all this I had the privilege of doing a session with the best trainer I've met Mr Adam Zaks. Phenomenal gym, phenomenal trainer.

Fantastically kitted out gym, great for strength training without any BS. Always friendly crew around, willing to spur each other on, credit to the owners and staff for creating an inclusive atmosphere. At some times in the day it feels like you have your own, professional gym to use. Highly recommend this gym for those looking around, well priced to boot.

Been training at Apollo during the last year or so and love the gym that Paul has created. The gym has all the equipment you need and plenty of space. Paul is friendly welcoming and always good to chat to.

This gym is excellent. I've been a member of Apollo for six years and followed them to their current site because Paul's a great trainer, the equipment is excellent, varied and well maintained and the building and overall setup is neat and tidy without the macho BS and mirrors other gyms seem to have in large supply.

If you want friendly crew - both PTs and other customers - with good equipment and quality personal training that gets results, this is the gym for you.

This man is disgusting. The line was open 24 hours and I had been up all night working so I called them to try make a membership but this man asked if had something wrong with my head, It was awful.never go here or see this man
