Initial contact was great. Made contact and came out and had great ideas and made us feel comfortable. Then the problems started. Told 4-6 weeks for items to be received then installed. That turned into 5 months. Finally turn up and a blind was measured incorrectly and a post now blocks access to our pool gate. Told would be rectified in a week. Now 4 weeks and counting. Phone never answered so I go to show room and that is permanently closed. This place is either a front for a scam or they really don’t have customer service. My advice is find another company and avoid the stress.

These guys never answer the phone or provide assistance. Spent nearly 15K on blinds with them 7 years ago and they do not have the courtest to supply small replacement parts for a broken blade. Very difficult to deal with.

Can't fault with their service in any way. Installed 5 motorised blinds, one shutter and three curtains, and all of them look and work amazingly well. Despite some kinks in communication earlier, nothing that couldn't be resolved over a phone call or two, everything worked out beautifully at the end. I was continuously updated about the progress of the manufacturing and delivery and couldn't have expected a better job at installation. Frank was respectful, amiable and did a fantastic job. Overall wonderful job and would definitely use them again.

Not great customer service in Melbourne. Had an appointment booked in a week in advance week to get a measure and quote. The appointment window was the WHOLE day (which was a little annoying for planning around work), but was told I would get a call the night before or morning of to narrow it down. Never got that call. When I called them at lunch the day of my appointment was told the consultant had decided not to come and hadn't told me or their sales team. They couldn't arrange someone else to come on that notice. So had a wasted day! If they can't measure and quote, I wouldn't trust them to actually deliver the product.

Decided to go with Wynstan (with a Y). As an aside, Wynstan's salesperson turned up promptly (exactly when they said) and gave a competitive price.

Atrocious customer service. Booked a measure and quote a month ago specifying I’ll need an afternoon appointment after work from 2pm onwards. Was promised a call the day before to confirm a time - no one rang. The rep ‘Frank’ rang me at 9.30am on the day and we locked in 3pm appointment time. He then rocked up to my house unannounced an hour later while I was at work. When I rang him and questioned why he came earlier I was verbally abused, sworn at and hung up on. Insane behaviour. If this is how a client is treated before they have my money, I’m scared to think what will happen once they do. Used Apollo Blinds in Brisbane and also had issues with the quality of their products (albeit customer experience was better). Avoid this business like the plague.

It has been over a year since I ordered my shutters.
The first attempt was measured incorrectly so after waiting 3 months for the ill fitting shutters to arrive I then had to wait another 3 months for the second attempt to arrive. (The shutters are made and shipped from China) They too did not fit the window. They came in two pieces that were completely different styles. Once again they were measured and ordered incorrectly. So I had to wait another 3 months for the third attempt to arrive. They were due in Feb.it is now approaching the end of August.
My emails and calls are being ignored.
I give them zero stars.
Note I have given head office a chance to step in but that resulted in the same response.nothing.
Hopefully this review will prompt some action.

Absolute disgrace of service. If review has negative stars I’ll give -10. I’m still waiting for quote 6 weeks already. Came to their showroom twice and give them all measurements and asked for some options to be quoted. Never happend even after calling them twice to follow up. Businesses like this particular one shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Stay away from them.

I had an issue with one of my vertical blinds and although it took a while for them to get back to me, I was contacted by Chanta who promptly organised for someone to come out and have a look. Frank came and was very professional and knowledgeable - he certainly knew what he was doing and was able to fix the blinds on the spot. I would like to thank him for his expertise and all his help. He even installed the plastic handles for opening the vertical blinds to the wall (which Tommy had failed to do when he installed them a year ago). In the end, a great resolution and follow up. Thank you!
