We rented a site for $140 aud per night

The kitchen utensils as the toaster and the boiler did not work. Bad attitude and service from part of the staff once I told them it was wrong

On top of that, they charge for everything, for example the games to play and the barbecue. For such a big price is surprising they do it. On top of that they only accept $1 coins.

Wonderful wend staying with friends at the holiday park. Apollo bay is a beautiful place and we had a great wend till we had to pay the manager Bruce. What an obnoxious, arrogant and rude man. I pity people who have to deal with him on a regular basis. A great park run by a dictator.

I rarely write reviews but this park is worthy of one. Stayed in many van parks throughout Australia and this one would have to be one of the most clean, well maintained and reasonably priced parks. Amenities and other facilities were exceptionally clean. We had a drive through site.

Nice tidy cabins, everything you need for a short stay. Close to the Main Street and in walking distance. Recommended!

We stayed here recently on our way up the Great Ocean Road. Location is second to none, and park facilities were thoroughly enjoyed by our group of 9. Despite what previous reviews state about the owners of this park; we found Bruce brilliant to deal with. We had a small hiccup with our room and brought up said issue with Bruce, he was super accommodating and polite in dealing with it. We would definitely stay here again.

Apollo Bay Holiday Park is located in a peaceful residential area right at the heart of town. It's just a 5-minute walk to shops and supermarkets on the main street and a quick 3-minute stroll to the beach. The park itself is well-maintained and tidy. While the cabin we stayed in had somewhat dated facilities, they were well-kept and spotlessly clean. The only frustration was that the gas stove and oven in our cabin seemed tricky to light. Despite this minor hiccup, the overall experience was pleasant, and the convenience of the location made our stay enjoyable.

Best holiday park ever!
Has the perfect location in Apollo Bay close to the ocean and town. The park has everything from gaming rooms, camp kitchens and shower rooms all super clean and modern.
The staff has always been helpful and super nice, which made our experience in Apollo Bay just perfect.

Found manager rude.took deposit and cancelled 4 months before coming.no refund given.had a group booking but as he was do rude booked elsewhere

We had our own van, facilities lovely and clean, friendly staff. Friends stayed in cabins, which were very clean and well set out.
Playground for kids and a swimming pool too.

Very close to the centre of Apollo bay. Room was comfortable and clean. Play area, pool and gaming area were kept clean. Only cons were TV remote was found broken and gas stove spark plug was found damaged and hence, had to use match sticks.

Had a great 3 nights here, some of the best ammenities we have been in clean and tidy. Great camp kitchen. Thanks Bruce and Mandy. BCC

Not much luxury in the luxury spa cabin, except for the spa bath I guess. The cabin was clean, but the interior has seen better days, especially the sofa. Totally fine if you're on a budget and just need a place to spend the night, but we've had better value for money in other parks in the south. Decent location, about a ~15 min walk to the town center.

A fabulous park. One of the best we have stayed in. Everything clean and well maintained. Showers and toilets are a pleasure to use. All sealed roadways and tidy grounds. Pool area clean. Kitchen spacious and clean and well equipped as was the games TV room. Staff friendly and made you feel that they actually liked you being here. Thank you. We will be back for sure.

Very clean and tidy. Amenities immaculate. Staff very helpful. Enjoyed our stay. A very well presented park off the main road so very quiet.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. We had booked 3 cabins 3 weeks ago and had family visiting from interstate that we had planned to stay here with. Two days before our booking we were informed that the bookings could not be honoured even though we had partially paid already.

Park owner Bruce was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Have stayed here before and highly recommend the park. One of our favourite places to stay. Awesome amenities and manicured gardens. A credit to the owner and staff.

Great family location for a get away! Close to beach & local shops! Play ground could do with a huge facelift but fun for the kids nonetheless

Nice park. Small park and the playground has a lot of damage. Showers are always flooded. Park owner is very difficult to deal with. His wife is the complete opposite, He doesn’t like to leave his tiny office which is a plus.
It was shame dealing with him. The park is pretty clean. But just not the usual park atmosphere you expect.
It is close to town which was great. It’s a shame about the poor customer service but because there is only two parks in the area they can treat people how they like.
Would we go there again? NO

Had a fantastic stay in a nice clean cabin for a week staff very friendly amenities clean and surrounds well maintained close to beach and shopping centre already rebooked for next year.

Great location but the room was dirty and very small. Terrible customer service. Won't come back.
