Incredibly disorganised, no sense of boundaries.
They forget to book in appointments and have called unannounced and threatened to cut off my payment if I didn't stay on the line while I was on my way to a very important appointment.
I have waited an hour for an appointment at this point, and all of their phone lines are busy.
