Monique helped me with work gear and is very approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Resolves issues or anything very efficiently and professionally.
Have been receiving a sickness payment, acquired a job, asked for help as l don't have a employment agent.
Asked for help with a medical which cost me $230 dollars said l would receive a call back from staff member Golda, never happened.
Im trying to better my life and get off payments, very rude no assistance offered at all, couldn't refer me to some one who could help, l would get clothing from an op shop, due to lockdown everything shut.
Have to be a part of their organisation, (so APM) get money from government, seems that is their only concern.
Shall be writing a letter as this isn't good enough.
Go anywhere but this job agent, very upset, too interested in discussing another family member which is breaking the law, as no permission has been given to discuss another family member, all recorded.
Expect a complaint to Centrelink, for breach of privacy.
