Zero star from me. I have found job by myself and I am reporting all my working hours to centerlink and this APM calls me sends me messages and emails every single
Day and gives me a lot of stress and anxiety which I cannot tolerate. Keep sending me jobs even I am already working and request them stop sending me emails and messages every day. I asked for for help for certificate 3 and no reply but keep sending me emails to sign the information which I not even relevant to my job and hours. I had enough from APM, I called them and told if anything happened to me the way APM giving me stress APM will be responsible…
Worst worst worst services APM
Possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a service in my life.
I was referred to APM as I have mental health disabilities and this service has made my mental health so much worse than it was before I joined and ultimately transferred.
I had a kind and understanding consultant Mereana who understood my challenges, however when she left I was put in the care of my new consultant Frank which was where my nightmare began.
Frank needs training in dealing with people who have mental health struggles and how to communicate effectively with those. Each time I spoke to this man I got off the phone in tears having an emotional breakdown.
Frank told me that HE would cancel my payments because my mental health needs made him feel he was not doing his job.
I suggest you get a new job then, as you have mentally destroyed me in the 6 weeks I’ve known you.
When I told Frank I was having a mental health crisis and could not attend my appointment, he told me he didn’t accept my excuse, cut my payments and made me have an emotional breakdown on the phone to him to which he responded telling me to have a nice day and hung up.
I called back in tears asking to speak to the manager to which she said I was having a manic episode and would not see me until I got a new mental health plan from my GP.
I have made several formal complaints to the manager, senior manager and the National Disability Abuse and Neglect hotline over this service and what they did to me.
Thank God I was able to transfer.
My advice to anyone referred to these people is, ask for another provider or ask to be transferred immediately. You do not deserve to be treated this way and neither did I.
Frank, I hope you seek a new profession where you do not harm the most vulnerable people put into your care who trust you.
This is the best job provider I have ever had, and I've been to many all over the country. The people here are amazing and go above and beyond to help you.
They have helped me build up my confidence after going through a lot of hardship. They have provided me everything that I've needed to get my life back together and they have helped me to get an amazing full-time job that I'm really happy in.
If it wasn't for the lovely people here at APM, I wouldn't of been able to rebuild my confidence, gain employment in a really good job, get my mental health back under control, achieve my goals, and to get my life back together.
I can't thank the staff here enough for their help. I honestly probably wouldn't be here today without them.
I heard so many things about this provider, i was so reluctant to register myself in in 2020. I thought they will cause me in trouble with Centrelink but they actually help me getting qualification in training program and i am now a fulltime employee of my new job (and it has been 3 years from my last employment).
My employment consultant was understanding to my circumstances and needs.he helped me to prepare my resume, interview and he was looking after me so well. Good job
I have a health issue which i dont feel confident to looking for jobs. Especially i have experienced where i get rejected over and over again before seeking APM for help
The staff was guiding me with job plan, and assist me with things i need for my job. The 1st job was not went so well, but the 2nd job is good enough that i am independent from gov payment.
If i could rate 10 stars I would. Amazing job agency as they listen to my father needs. My father was a long term unemployment due to back injuries. They understand, respect and show empathy toward to him that made him feel confident in looking for job again.
He was not ready but he was slowly get into the workforce. As my father is an old fashion in tech, they always remind him 2 days before his meeting and always let him know his appointment in 2 weeks advances.my father now is a part time employment. He is very happy and he wanted me to help him write a good review for their great effort.
An amazing place to work, evaluate and developing new skills and experiences. The team is encouraging, motivating and engaging me through out my training period. The way they helped their job seekers made me feel good in people. The job is promising and rewarding for helping others people:) love it
Would rate 0 stars if I could. Terrible terrible job agency. Never listen to your needs. Try and force you into unsuitable jobs even though you already have a job. All they care about is the bonus they get if you meet your hours. Books appointments in without checking if youre free, 2 days before and only sends a letter and a text saying your appointment is tomorrow, leaving you no time to call and change if youre working. Has no idea how public transport works or disability.
They aren't perfect but they are one of the best job networks going around. Kaveri, who is now in Werribee (I think) is the best consultant ever.
Don't use them! Liars who will cause you problems with Centrelink. Talk to employers behind your back while saying they are helping you. I'm in the middle of taking them to court.
