APM

I keep having appointments made on me without my knowledge when I already have one for a different day and time and only find out the day before, and my last consultant never helped me with work and just called to see how I was going and would hang up after 2 mins whenever I would start to talk about actual work and would complain about her job and how she was going to quit soon. They feel just like job active. I tried to ask about a course to help me work that was 3 days and they said I'd have to find work first to "work while studying" and I don't understand the purpose considering the course was supposed to help me find work and I repeat ONLY 3 DAYS. It's like I'm a number/a commission for money to them and not a person.

I went there because I had a ankle injury, which I said I was currently employed but could no longer work cause of my injury they said they couldn't help me cause I was still employed but that's why I went there to leave my current employment to gain other employment that was better suited for the injury I have, got rebuffed at the door poor service and no understanding by this company

Amy the new manager is absolutely incredible as well as my worker Deb. Both Amy and Deb have genuine respect and care for their clients.
I cannot praise them enough for making me feel comfortable and able to express my needs without judgement.

This new consultant here have bad service called me today and was being very condescending and was trying to make me angry. I said I take medication which is why can’t work past 12am and she was saying nick, Jeffrey or whoever can say that. I’m thinking what the hell.

Then she’s saying there’s no work you can do you’re saying. Putting words in my mouth. She’s humiliating me.

Absolutely amazing! Carissa goes above and beyond. I'm currently working and if it wasn't for APM I doubt anyone would of found me a job after not working for 10+ years. Couldn't recommend them higher. They believed in me and helped more than just getting me a job. To them I'm not just another number I am a human.

Do Not use this agency. Detremental to you mental health. They will lie about the facts and harass and pressure you even when you do over and above your requirements.
