5I have been dealing with APM - DES Warragul since August 2021, and in that time I have been treated with respect, as well as being helped and encouraged by my Case Manager.
APM Warragul has been one of the best jobseeker services! If it was not for Bec and Ben, I would not be where I am! Though they push you to get a job, they do it with care and understanding.

My critique would be when I first started, the previous case workers were not as good. And some of the staff are not as warm and welcoming!
If you get to choose, 100% ask for Bec and Ben! But I'm sure they have a full case load.
Tried getting in contact with APM multiple times, never even get a response or call back. Pretty bad customer service.
Absolute shambles of a program with centerlink total waste of time plus expense traveling there each appointment went less than 3 minutes. I found my own work and konect threatened to take away my health care card if i didnt tell them were i was working they then gave me a $15 fuel voucher. Absolute Joke.
Terrible service. Employees are careless and cynical. They would not take my feedback, they would not refer me to another service. Disgusting team.
