Disgraceful. Was treated extremely rudely, put in an official complaint with the appropriate Government department and their reply was complete and utter lies. They refuse to advise me of my next appointment in an attempt to maliciously force me to 'miss' an appointment and therefore effect my payment. They have already done this once, fabricating information to Centrelink. If there are more people out there who have experienced their rudeness, please contact 1800 805 260 to place an official complaint.
