Been a nightmare to deal with, we moved in last year and have multiple issues that still haven't been fixed, such as a holes in the roof, water damage, and mould in our bathroom. All the homes in our development have the same issues and we have gone through several site managers, unresponsive staff, and revolving door contractors. Steer clear!

None of the positive reviews of this builder are real, it’s all current and previous employees.

We moved in to a completed home last August and are still fighting to have the water feature (leak) in our home resolved, along with another handful of issues. No contractors will touch an APEX construction with a ten foot pole so we’re stuck ‍

I have just started the journey with Apex homes and it has been so easy from the very start. I built my home with Apex and construction was going on throughout covid lockdowns which were a disaster for the construction industry! I will say they handled themselves impeccably! The finished product of my home I am over the moon about! The quality and the choices they assisted me with I'm just sooooo happy with! With a new build there's usually little things that need doing after it's finished and they are straight onto everything.my calls and messages are never avoided. I've heard horror stories through other builders but this group are a dream to deal with. Thankyou so much Apex for making this experience exciting and rewarding! It turned out better than i ever expected. I already do recommend them. I had a lady knock on my door last week asking to build my exact house because she loved the design and I referred her on. After living next door to an apex home building site over the last two years (Charles street st kilda) it truely has been nothing but a site for sore eyes, noise, rude and loud builders, rude construction manager who doesn’t care, nails constantly in our drive way, punctured tires for nearly all residence with a car, builders parking in residence car spots, blocked drive way with no notice, blocked streets with no notice or proper management, and now even worse, our caving in car park/drive way due to poor planning and infrastructure of the build. I’d be surprised if the apartments don’t start caving in themselves down the track. I feel sorry for the owners of this new tiny apartments where they have tried to jam as many as they can on one block. There has been no care or love that has gone into these homes. I’m no tradie but even I can tell how badly built they are after watching it go up the last two years.

There has been no consideration for the building site, at times you could have mistaken it for a junk yard. Fast food litter constantly on site and blowing into our complex, nails everywhere, empty beer cans/bottles.

It’s sad that this is the way building is going and has completely turned me off new building companies such a Apex.

My wife and I wanted to buy a house. Made a appointment with the representative (Name withheld. Works for Central Equity) in Singapore, Capitasprings building. We arrived at the supposed place to meet which turned out to be a shared working space for professionals. There was no proper signage. No front desk. No one to receive us. I called and no one answered. I messaged and no reply. Finally, I decided to leave after waiting 15 mins in a dingy 21st elevator corridor that is still under construction with no place for me and my family to sit. I felt uncomfortable and felt stood up by Apex Homes Representative.

When he finally decided to respond, he asked me to wait 5 mins. Face palm moment. Looks like this is a fly by night one man operation. No other staff to attend to customers.

To make matters worse, he even had the audacity to scold me for leaving. It is bad enough to make me wait so long even though I came on time. His childish “scolding” on his emails make me want to laugh.

Apex Homes, is this person from Central Equity really the person you want to represent you and sell your homes?

I would caution any potential buyer to come here to buy a home. It gives me nothing but negative vibes.

I built my 1st house with Apex Homes 12 years ago. Here I stand today building my 4th house with these guys and they just get better every time. A huge thanks to the team at Apex for another build. Although this one was challenged by Covid, you guys did amazing. Keep up the great work

Let’s face it, renovating / extending your home or building a new one can prove to be a daunting task for the uninitiated. You always hear stories about shonky builders and bad trades people from your friends and family. However, Apex Homes were able to put our minds at ease with the rather large extension to our family home right from the outset. We found that they were professional and reliable. The work was completed exactly as it was specified, within the contract price and was completed on time. I have no hesitation in recommending Apex Homes as I know that anyone will be just as impressed as I am.

Site is left filthy all the time.
Scaffolding along a common driveway that was promised to be removed in 3 weeks is still up after 6 months.
Poor quality build on a poor quality site with poor quality trades, I would caution anyone wanting to buy from this company

I have built 3 homes with volume builders and nothing compares to the professional and quality build of Apex Homes. The entire process from start to finish was just a breeze and the finish product was just as we expected. PERFECT!

I live in a street where Apex have a construction site. With almost no exceptions the trades people used by Apex have been rude, obnoxious and inconsiderate to the local residents. Special call out to JMP Plumbing and Roofing for being the worst of the lot. Apex doesn't appear to care or be willing to manage their behaviour. Apex have also taken to closing the road without a council permit. I certainly wouldn't be choosing Apex for any building project.

Tim and Tommy are very pleasant to work with. They have a professional team who are very helpful and great with communication.
