Never received a breakdown of final costs at settlement, builders warranty, etc. Christina doesn’t answer any calls/emails. Would not recommend.

We initially reached out to Christina a few years ago to help with the settlement of our first home. From the moment we contacted her, she consistently responded to all our queries in a quick and friendly manner. She made it very easy to understand all the legal jargon that comes with buying a home as well. Our first home loan settled without any hiccups so we recently asked her to help with a purchase of an investment property as well. Once again, she made the process very easy. Even though there were issues arising from the other party, we didn't worry about settlement because Christina was on top of things and kept us informed throughtout the whole process.
