Had a prefill from centrelink that was wrong but they put it in even though I told them about it in detail. They then tried to charge me extra to fix it and now I owe the tax man $600 they would ignore the phone calls as well.

I would highly recommend APEX Accounting. The team have been amazing helping me navigate XERO and they never make me feel like any question is too stupid.

I have a small business and they have been wonderful giving business advice on many occasions as well as completing our BAS and tax returns.

Poorest quality from the various tax agents I have dealt with over the years. I only just found out from my tax agent this year that there was a complete lack of detail in my tax return last year (which Apex lodged). Basically minimal effort from Apex. Now I understand why my tax refund was so low last year! I now have a better tax agent for less than half the price Apex charged me.
