Cafe Management: You need to train your staff very well. Uncouth rude elderly staff member was rude to me and my pregnant wife on 25/6/2023. Timing between 3: 30 PM to 4: 00 PM. If your staff doesn’t want to work or lazy to serve, they shouldn’t be working or in the wrong job. If you are overburdened with work, does’nt mean yelling or aggressively loud. Was waiting to be served, elder lady staff walked in aggressively, threw her glove’s aggressively in the bin, asked me loudly what do I need? Asked my pregnant wife aggressively what jaffle she needs? She was slow to reply as she is 8 months and uncomfortable. If you don’t wanna work, just don’t work. Happy to give more details if contacted. The younger girl staff had witnessed it too. If the elderly staff thought, she can get away with her attitude, sorry to say, you won’t be getting away

The drive through is great when I'm after a coffee and have my kids in the car. The coffee is also good and the drive through staff are friendly.

Best servo to drop into, no matter what time it is, good fuel prices compared to others and great service by the girls at the coffee section too

It's another Apco! I like that they are local rather than a multinational corp. I remember pulling into this servo at 18 in the 80s in my XW.from then to an SUV full of family and kids, I still keep an eye on Apco's prices. Often better than many. But it's a business. There for them not us. Best of a bad lot maybe? Better still buy an electric car and a good solar array. We're half way there.

Never thought that a service station cafe could be so good. Freshly baked food. I had veggie ficcocia and loved every bit of it.

I bought 3 roast beef, the meat was was fresh, the portions is good for the price

Site needs a wash around the pump areas with the very busy trade.

Great place to grab bread and milk on the way home.
Love there roast meals starting at 5pm every night. Choice of 2 meats, good serving of roast and boiled vegetables.

Wonderful place to fill up u're car with fuel chill have a coffee something to eat or even do u're shopping one stop fuel shop fabulous friendly staff and a wonderful atmosphere

It was very busy cos they had cheap est patrol in town so yes it was very good.ill give 5 stars

Good E10 petrol price, and seemingly only place I could get E10 fuel locally, plus friendly and quick service.

APCO North Geelong has an amazing selection of many different food options they have sandwiches, cakes and hot food they also have roast packs every night from 5 pm that are an amazing meal. Fuel is cheap and you can also do your grocery shopping at the same place you fuel up your car. The staff are also very friendly.

Great open spaces& fuel prices. 4 or 5 registers but one person serving/selling food & busy fuel customer turnover, did see at least 5 employees.

Staff in food area! Looks like had very long day and tired to do customerservice, no key words and especially girl in mid height was not very professional.

Great servo and probably the best food from the cafes out of all the apcos plus always excellent service

I came in to grab to eat with my fuel, I was served by an older lady, she was very sarcastic and rude when preparing my order, I tried asking her questions and simple request like could I please have cutlery, and she rudely said what cutlery and for what I was going to use it for.
When ever I have come into apco they’d hand me anything regardless what I had. To add to she was rude about separating the food because they were for my children, she also cut me off and said “I’m doing that can’t you see”
I was very upset and I hope she didn’t treat any other person like this.

For a Motorhome Owner, this is the easiest station for fuel and air pressure for tyres goes up to 100psi if needed. My Motorhome takes 80psi

Nice please and very friendly and helpful staff. It's like a mini supermarket. Good coffee there too.

Best and healthiest fast food at great price, such a large variety from a hot roast chicken pork or beef with pumpkin peas and carrots, roast potatoes and gravy for only $9.95.
