I like the staff here, they're always friendly. The fuel prices are usually some of the cheapest in town, too.

Loved the fuel price. Hated the jaffle! Never buy a pre made jaffle that’s been sitting in the warmer - the bread goes soft like jelly (which is great for a bread and butter pudding, but terrible for a ham, cheese and pineapple “toasted” jaffle that was just soggy, oily and gross).

Again another go to place for me. Kerry and Elly are my ladies and I only ever get my petrol from here. You need to try the Mars Bar cake!

Their price for patrol is the best of all within Ballarat areas with good quality. Recommended

Great fuel prices and the store is so clean! The restaurant looks pleasant as well but didn't have time for a bite. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gas pumps are on the old side (not digital) or the rating would be 5 stars.

Very crowded and long queues but well worth the wait for cheaper fuel. Customer friendly staff and a great range of hot food to go!

Ninty nine percent of the time the BEST prices for fuel in Ballarat. Worth driving across town to get this value. Lots to buy in their "shop" just like the majors - food for lunch or snacks! Would recommend.

I cannot believe he's still employed at this place, in fact 4 other of my colleagues refuse to go near the place. He needs to be sacked.

Everyone is so lovely here. I am a regular customer and it’s so welcoming. Never had a bad experience and on multiple occasions the staff have gone above and beyond. Including helping me when my car broke down. Walking with me out to the car in the middle of the night when I was nervous to walk alone. Helping me with pumping my tyres. The staff all value their customers. I could go on for hours about how great they are. Would definitely recommend

Best customer service in Ballarat. No matter where I have lived in Ballarat the past 20 years this is the only place I come to for petrol. Now they have the cafe open too, omg the Mars Bar slice/cake is to die for!

The food and coffee is normally good, but the last 4 visits haven't been so good. Stale / old food that I had to throw out

They do excellent food here. Made fresh on site. Roast dinners, salads, jaffles, sausage rolls, etc. The staff are friendly, facilities clean.
