I was lucky enough to find Anzuk Education, by chance, when preparing to move to Australia. I was in touch with Rowan O’Hara who is professional, available and helpful. From there I was referred to Beth Wigg who helped me start the process of becoming a casual relief teacher. Beth is just amazing: knowledgeable, kind, supportive and accommodating. The whole process from start to finish was stress free and a positive experience. I can’t thank everyone enough for all their help and encouragement. Special thanks to Calum Fleming as well who contacted me about sponsorship. I HIGHLY recommend Anzuk, it’s a great place to be.

I don’t recommend this company at all! I had an interview. I was told I have a place with basically permanent casual work for at least a term or more. They wanted all of my information, banking, TFN, super etc without even giving me a contract. Then stated none of my references got back to them. They refused a reference from a parent whose child I tutored over a couple of years saying it’s more of a personal reference. Said none of my references got back to them but when I asked they all said they did. They lie about the whole process. Please don’t waste your time even applying.

Anzuk Education have been amazing to work for. They are so friendly and have shown lots of empathy and kindness in all communications - big shout out to Sarah Bosevski and Kaylah Salvini who have been wonderful in assisting me in finding suitable employment through ANZUK and have made the process so easy. I have just started working as a CRT this year in term 2 and was so nervous and felt so out of depth starting out. From the get go, Kieran & Samuel have made me feel so supported and valued and I have learnt so much whilst being on the job. ANZUK has been my preferred agency. It has proven to give the best support in the school' s educators needs. Have worked with the best, supportive consultants from Day 1, from Tundra, Henock. And currently, SAM has been an amazingly supportive consultant. He will call me during the day just to make sure that I am aware of the next day's coverage and find ways to help us in the morning. I’ve been employed with ANZUK Education since March 2021. They are an amazing company to work for. All the team members are super friendly and professional to deal with, especially my consultant Samual Anderson. Samual is great to work with, he always finds me work and is fantastic at his job. I love that I can CRT full time and my shifts are booked up months in advanced, which is great. I’m also at schools that I have build great rapport with the staff and students. I would highly recommend ANZUK to any teachers out there, who want more flexibility and want to work at a variety of schools!

Great company to work for, very personable from an employment point of view and they take care of you

I was a CRT with ANZUK for about six months and all my interactions with them were positive. Most of the other "Anzacs" I encountered in the field were solid too.

They underpay. Expect you to arrive 30 mins early and not pay you for it. Poor communication when bringing this up with them. If you want to give your time for free then work for them.

I've worked for ANZUK as a CRT on and off over the last 4 years and have always found them very professional and flexible. Have never been overly pushed to take certain shifts or had my preferences disregarded - I've never felt like a number in the system and have always been given the courtesy I'd hope to receive as a qualified teacher. I've always been able to pick up work when I needed it and their schools are really solid overall.
Their people are a credit to them. Have mostly dealt with Rachel in the West team - who is an absolute professional and a legend. Just recently had a great experience with Beth from the North/regional team as well, who worked really hard communicating with a school to try and get me an extended cover position. This was a bit of a process and despite the amount of work it took to communicate with the school, she gave me complete freedom and time to make up my mind about my options. Sincerely hope ANZUK look after their people, as in my experience they're an absolute credit.

Terrible regard for their workers. Phones are run by people who could care less for you. Go to another agency.
