Worst place ever, my baby had a cough and the doctor (Dr. K) didn't bother to see her. Drove to the clinic for a phone consult essentially. Didn't ask any questions to determine what the issue was, and prescribed antibiotics straight away.

After hours visit and result sorry dr is sick call first before drive here. Probably not professionals.

For the first time of my life I have a terrible and worse customer service at clinic,
waiting for 1 hour without any follow from the receptionist,
worse customer service!

Came in today, Saturday 13/11/21 on a walk in appointment.

Was greeted with helpful staff Ashley, she went extra mile to secure a booking for me. She warned that I might need to wait for long but I was called by the doctor after 30 min. Cannot thank Ashley enough. An Angel came to my rescue.

Dr Samy (might not be the correct spelling) was helpful and treated my sore thumb with care.

Jay the pharmacist was another great professional. He took extra effort to explain the doctor's prescription to me. Very caring and courteous person.

I had a good experience with this clinic.

Avoid going to this place. Rude receptionists and bad customer service.

Didn't try every doctor here but seen three of Doctors who are not skilled at diagnosing. Late on appointments Had to wait for more than 1 hours 30mins for one appointment.

Had one phone consultation with a GP and after the consultation, she was supposed to leave a prescription, pathology script and a medical certificate, but she forgot to leave the medical certificate. Receptionist was so rude and didn't even try contact the GP. All she offered was another appointment on next day with another GP. Waste of tax payers money. Misuse of Medicare.

I waited an hour longer than I was supposed to! I can hear the doctor not working, just talking!

Saw the GP here a couple weeks ago who was rather blunt and dismissive and then had to deal with an utterly rude receptionist who hung up on me when I was merely calling to inquire how come patients were not informed about separate out-of-pocket costs for pathology testing. Don’t waste your time.

The service from Anytime Healthcare is terrible, they were deliberately deceptive with the wait time for our appointment. Rather then tell me when i booked that the doctor was running 1 and a half hours behind they sprung it on my at arrival. By this time i had no other option to make an alternate appointment as it was already 11pm.

Thank you for your help with early morning emergency appointment at 5 am. Doctor we saw was very thorough and professional. Our overall experience with the clinic including the reception is amazing. Highly recommended!

Made a last minute booking around midnight and went in straight away, awesome doctor with great advices and also a chemist just next door to grab what you need =)

Helpful staff. Excellent GP and nurse, they support Chinese language and very professional. Wish you all good and safe during this time.

I took a family member to Anytime Healthcare late on Saturday night/early hours of Sunday morning. The family member was suffering from a very painful infection that had been left unattended for too long. Dr Golam Mostafa was fantastic - he identified the issue and treated the infection immediately, providing instant pain relief. Dr Mostafa was also very personable. We only had to wait 5 minutes to see him which helped a lot!
