A nice, clean, welcoming gym for everyone. Good range of equipment. The helpful and friendly staff are encouraging and supportive.

Visited AF West Melbourne on a quick weekend trip and couldn't believe how well equipped, clean and friendly this gym was. People said hello which is pretty crazy for a public gym.

Bathrooms were immaculate and overall it was easily the best Anytime fitness I've been to Aus wide. Highly recommend anyone locally to check it out, and if you're on holiday like me, go out of your way to check it out.

This is the cleanest and well kept gym I have ever been to. The music choice and volume is perfect and Rohan is
always approachable and friendly.

This gym is for sure one of the best Anytime locations around the CBD. Good selection of equipment, clean and comfortable vibe. Trainer Val is a great motivator and I'm so pleased to have her helping me kick my goals!

Can't recommend this Anytime Fitness enough. Easily the cleanest, best kept Anytime Fitness I've ever been too and your always greeted with a smile!

This gym causes significant distress and disruption to tenants in the building due to attendees dropping weights. I have contacted the owner to discuss but no reply. I am very disappointed by the lack of reply as are others in the building. Daniel can you please call me to discuss a solution?

Daniel thanks for your reply. The matter has not been resolved and l have left my details multiple times. I have now left them again with Corey. BTW I am not Matthew Lee l am another unhappy resident who has not been kept informed.

I joined this gym a couple of days ago and I am loving it. It is always super clean, they do not blast the music, manager was kind and super helpful when we were selecting the right membership for me and most importantly I did not have to wait in line to get access to a machine (avoided rush hours).

Has everything you need and very very clean. Not the biggest and doesn’t have a vending machine but still a good gym

I have been to many AF gyms around Melbourne, AF West Melbourne has proven to be the newest and cleanest AF gyms around. Street carpark and underground carpark is an ease, with well lit work out areas helps brighten up this below ground gym. Member facilities/ amenities were WAY above the usual, from personal hygiene products and hair dryers that can be found at the beauty bar, through to dedicated separate toilet & shower facilities - which is pleasing. Oh also - FREE capsule coffee & teas should you need a light refreshment. The state of the art fitness machines through to strength/ free weights are very well maintained and the gym goers seem to all respect this gym in terms of ensuring weights are racked afterwards and benches/ equipment sanitised after use. Well done to the AF West Melbourne team & management for delivering such amazing facilities with passion and keeping customer centricity front and centre. Will be back!

Super clean, new, great staff - awesome gym. A little small so not the biggest selection but also I’ve never seen it super busy so not an issue

Just started going to this gym and so far so good. Compared to other Anytimes in and around the CBD, the West Melbourne gym is spacious, clean, has new and well-kept equipment (including TRX suspension trainers) and doesn’t smell bad!

I was in Melbourne for holidays and used this gym quite often. Not overly spacious but is clean and tidy and has all the necessary equipment needed to get a proper workout.
Also the manager Rohan was very friendly and helpful.
Glad to see gym managers in Melbourne providing great service to interstate members.

Great array of brand new equipment, always plenty of space. The staff are very helpful and you might get to meet the adorable resident dog Ziggy!

Fob key given won’t work! This is just the first gym that i had this experience! What a joke! This is just not to me but my partner as well which both of us needs to come back in seperate occasions and waste time just to get it fixed and entered in the system, which in the first place should be working by the time you signed up. Hoping management can be more organised or any sort of explanation can be given

I’m leaving this review due to the sheer disappointment in being able to contact someone.

Initially when the gym opened this was fine but since COVID making contact and getting a result is very much less than average.

I have attempted to email the gym requesting an invoice for my membership fees for the prior year - which ended up with me receiving a screen shot of a laptop with an internal system. Not adequate as it’s not an official tax invoice.

All I want is a tax invoice to be able to make a fitness claim through my business which I explained. Due to this taking the business over a month with still no result I have now lost a substantial amount of money.

It’s disappointing communication and ultimately something that would leave me not recommending this particular anytime fitness to anyone else at this point. Contacting head office has also been impossible.

In terms of other reviews that I have read the gym is lack lustre in accessories especially after visiting anytime at Oakleigh and seeing the wide range of accessories provided to their members.

There are not sufficient equipment available. For example, there is just one solid straight bar available at the whole gym! So, you have to wait if someone is using it!
It cost 20$ which they can put more in the gym!

It was disappointing to read a negative review for the west Melbourne club manager as they have always been prompt with their service. I would like to provide my review that the club manager at west Melbourne have always provided prompt service and addressed all of my queries in a timely manner. The service received is a lot better than most gym I’ve been a member of…

Pretty nice. Clean and have great and modern facilities. The aircon is nice too. However it is always crowded, there are not nearly enough squat racks and open racks, music is too loud.

Horrible management. Im very unhappy with the service they just want to get you on contract and they don't reply to any enquiries after.
Im very disappointed and currently following it legally.

I am so impressed with this Gym. Immaculately clean, ample amendities, latest equipment, excellent Smart TV cross trainers and treadmills. Lauren is the Manager, and I found her to be genuinely interested and friendly. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome and gave me numerous opportunities to explore the gym's facilities prior to joining. The membership procedure was quick and easy. I really love this Gym, one of the best Ive been a member of. It has a very enticing vibe to train!
