Unsatisfied with the customer service that I received from the sale advisor.
My partner and I purchased a necklace on 7/6/2023. The SA promised that the necklace would be delivered in 2-3 days. However, I have to call to follow up again on 13/7 as I still haven’t received any text or call to update about my purchase.
After the call, I finally got the tracking number and a text message.

On Monday 19/6/2023, I sent him a text message to let him know that the parcel was still in transit and I haven’t received the item yet.

He then asked me to call the Startrack myself to follow up with my parcel.how could a SA ask your own client to contact the Startrack company.

I have purchased lots of luxury items from different brands and never need to call to follow up as I believe that is the SA responsibility to follow up for your clients.
The SA from different brand always call TNT, Startrack or Fedex to follow up for the clients on their behalf.

The SA did not even offer further action to help to follow up with my purchase. I am an easygoing person and should have received the same customer service with other clients as purchasing 2k necklace should not be treated like this.

Anyway, I had to contact the Startrack myself and arranged with them.

I will not come back to purchase again and please train your staff to provide better customer service.

Such a pleasant shopping experience with Terrence, he is patient, friendly and professional. It wasn’t my intention to buy anything initially as I was in a rush. But it’s very impressive with Terrence’s hospitality in first 10 minutes and the follow up messages. Extremely happy with the service and jewellery recommended by Terrence. Will come back for my Bday gift for sure.

Pretentious, rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Stop judging people by how they look and acquire some customer service skills. Snobbery at its finest. We chose to go elsewhere where we felt welcomed and not judged. Just because someone looks a certain way doesn’t mean they don’t have money to spend.

Quality jewellery. I have bought many pieces for my three girls and myself. I love their peral jewellery designs. Recently I notice they have only very expensive heavy petals. Many women like simple dainty peral jewellery. Hope Anton reintroduce those beautiful peral earrings and rings in many colours. Thankyou.

She patiently guided my ultimate selection; and made the whole transaction / collection process seamless. We have been customers for over 20 years, and they have always looked after us. Not just by showcasing their wonderful products but by taking the time to know our needs and desires.

Never thought i would be talked down to when shopping for jewelry.

While looking and trying on rings for my wife, i asked the price of rings she was trying on. The lady in the store said "I dont think this is within your budget"
After telling her everything was in my budget, she smirked and said "That's what we like to hear".

That is not what i like to hear.

Asking for the price of anything should never be met with rudeness and judgement like that.

Needless to say, we bought elsewhere from much kinder, more enthusiastic jewellers nearby.

Choosing Anton's for designing my fiancé’s ring was the best choice I could possibly make. I spent 2 months talking to other shops and friends, but never felt confident to go ahead with them. Especially, in some shops in Chadstone I felt like they were forcing me to buy something that they had on display without explaining anything to me.
But when I walked into Anton’s Ivanah made the whole process really comfortable and smooth and took all the stress away. She was there to answer questions and to educate me first. She was able to make my vision come true and create the perfect engagement ring for my future wife. The cooperation with Ivanah was absolutely fantastic and communication was always clear, prompt and to the point.
