I ordered a chaise, desk and chair. I actually went to the showroom floor after seeing the online catalogue. There were many customisable options available which was great e.g. Wood, fabric, colour etc. The quality and detail is amazing craftsmanship. Customer service exceptional. The thoughtful and friendly delivery service was appreciated.

Very good quality custom lounges and good value.
The owner is polite and very fast response to any questions or concerns. However communication isn't the best, I had my lounges promised to be loaded onto a container several times, which didn't happen. I understand timeframes are difficult with custom jobs and Covid delays, however if it's going to take months longer than expected I would like to know a realistic timeframe, instead of the time constantly changing. Also got offered patterned fabrics twice when I clearly asked for plain. Apart from that competitive pricing and happy to make anything you want.
Lounges did have some marks/stains on arrival, especially one which wasn't shrink wrapped like the others, which was disappointing. They did come out with professional steam clean and the company did reimburse.
Did a very good job at matching colours from photos. Took 11 months for order to arrive all up after all delays. Some of this no doubt due to covid and completely custom item, but still a long time to wait.
Overall would recommend.

We purchased the Solid Mahogany Timber Victorian Reproduction Book Case With Drawer - 180cm, and I didn't expect it to arrive for quite some time because of the lockdown situation in NSW. I was amazed when it was delivered earlier than I expected! The bookcase is beautiful: exactly as described and it fits into our home library perfectly. I love that it has six shelves - any less shelves is a waste of space for a serious book collector). The reproduction antique style is rich in appearance and a pleasure to look at, and our antique books look right at home on the shelves. I am now considering one of the mahogany revolving bookcases as well. Thank you - a great transaction!

Overall not happy with the product. I paid a great price for the table I bought. Unfortunately the quality of the table is bad. I have attached photos, and you can clearly see wrongly positioned holes and leather sheet is uneven.
Only good thing is that the table is a solid wood and will stay for long but the quality of finishing is not good. No other issues with the table.

Hooray, our table arrived today after nearly 7 months which although a ridiculously long time very happy with the table and was packaged extremely well. Thinking about ordering the revolving bookcase next.

Ordered the office package in black leather. Arrived to me, having travelled 5,000 km, extremely well packed and in perfect condition. Absolutely love each item. The desk alone weighs over 100 kg, but it comes apart with three distinct pieces, and was easy enough to install by just me and my wife. I believe these pieces will still be in use by someone 100 years from now.

Good store for mahogany furniture, however, you need to look further if you are looking for antiques. Prices are a little steep but the quality is good on inspection.

Great customer service. Friendly, prompt and trustworthy. The online store is also set out really well, easy to navigate, easy to sign up and make an account. Really nice selection of colours and styles at a good price. Highly reccomend this place, they have all sorts of furniture and plenty in a French provincial style. Furniture looks great, they have a huge range and they're very flexible with customizations. Regarding prices they seem to be fair for the quality you're getting
