5A horrible experience, tony is a very bad guy DO NOT GO TO THIS BUILDING SURVEYOR horrible service
Anthony took 2 weeks just to send me a quote. I accepted the quote and confirm to him then he took several days to accept it. So finally I call him and he basically told me that he was to busy.
I decided to proceed with other building surveyor.
Our business Toto Properties use Anthony for over 6 years. He is rear combination of surveyor issuing building permits and at the same time conducting site inspections. Most surveyors are office bugs completely disconnected from real life on site situations.
Our business is specialised in difficult terrain and heavy duty structural modifications, where often architectural plans and engineering simply don’t work and alternate solution is needed.
Anthony is always hand on with providing advice for technical solutions to achieve compliance with building regulations.
