Well, it used to be no 1 baklava in Melbourne for me, but the quality is reduced, and prices have raised so much that some items became double on price with less quality and over sweet.
I hope it became as when the business started, then I will give 5 stars again

Used to be the best Baklava in Melbourne, now it seems the dropped the quality and increased the sugar syrup and bumped the price. I know its inflation but i think if you factor in custom retention u r loosing in long term. Sorry to see your quality is dropping compared to Ramadan last year.

Is this place normal, I'm not sure. I told my kids to go there as I seen online that apparently haci usta moved there, I told them to get 8 pieces of the pistachio baklava and 8 pieces of tulumba and apparently they were told it would be $67! $10 for the tulumba and $57 for the baklava, I don't care where the pistachio came from.over $100 per kg for baklava is overboard, good luck staying in business

Has changed ownership Have tried the sweets it tastes like pre bought puff pastry. Very hard to find parking

A hidden gem. The balaclava was juicy, soft and fresh and was clearly made with love. One of the best places to get Turkish sweets in Melbourne.

Disappointed with the quality and high price. Sold me old batch and charged 46$ for 1/2 kilo. It was more syrupy than Baklava. Looks like a new owner that ruined it. It used to be great before!

Went first time to the shop and purchased the pistachio baklava excellent quality excellent taste.the service was excellent the only 2 things that I was disappointed with is from 1 pm to 4pm your option is only baklava after 4pm then you get other sweets.and it’s first in best dressed and cash only.so go early or try making a order before you go.for the locals a very lucky to have this establishment.

The owner Abdullah is a great person.
He is the best in Turkish Sweets.
He is so professional and no one can beat him in sweets.

Best turkish baklava u will taste in land down under. I travelled 50km to try it and it is definitely worth it.

Most flavoursome Turkish pastry i've ever tasted. Can taste the ingredients. Especially the tere yagi. Gordon Ramsay would be proud!

On the day there was limited choice of baklava available but what I got was perfect. It had that buttery consistency and that crunch your looking for between the bites. 3 or 4 pieces with a cup of coffee goes great.
