Paul is brilliant, introduced him to friends of mine who had come from the other side of town, they needed help with a connection cable for netflix for their elderly parents, no problem for paul. Quick easy problem solved.

Prompt service, friendly and efficient customer service, honest assessment on my Mac and reasonably priced. I brought my Mac in to the store for a battery replacement. Paul did a check and told me his plan. The next day I got a call to pick up Macbook pro. I highly recommend Paul to anyone needing their computer serviced or checked.

It took only a few minutes to replace my old macbook hard drive and all while we chatted about the good old days of floppy disks, 386s and programming in Qbasic. Paul is professional and friendly but he also loves all the tech, especially the nostalgic stuff. That kind of passion for the job tells me that you're going to get the best and most reliable service here.

My laptop hinge appeared broken so on taking it to Another World I was told they would look at it and see if it could be fixed. About 10 minutes later they called to say it was fixed as a screw has fallen out so just need replacing. On collecting it I asked for the amount only to be told a few dollars. The collection receipt stated their minimum charge was $80. Given this small business has been through the long Covid lockdowns in Melbourne, I was happy to pay 80.00. He then raised the amount to 10.00 and insisted this was enough. You would never get this outstanding customer service from a large corporate company.

Recently, I was trying to change a Dell laptop's Hard drive for a newer SSD to extend the life of the laptop and one of the screws needing to be removed was giving me extreme trouble and just wasn't budging. I took it to Paul's computer store and he was willing to help without any charge. Thanks a lot Paul, you have helped a ton and allowed the computer to run fast and smooth once again!

I needed the battery replaced in my 2016 Dell laptop. I'd already called Dell to see if they would do it but they only gave me the battery type.
I called, he looked up what was requireed, said if I could drop it off he'd swap out the battery in no time and I could have it back next day, and for a reasonable fee. Very happy that it all tracked with the positive reviews I've seen, I will be coming back.

Spilt coffee all over my brand new laptop. Paul cleaned it all up for me.and for a very reasonable price!
