I have nothing but praise for the excellent service and quality jewellery I have from Anny’s. I recently had a ring made and I was consulted at every stage of the process. I felt comfortable to make changes to the design and the team were very accommodating and understanding that this piece was very significant to me.
The level of communication was wonderful. The diamond and yellow sapphire which were sourced for my “toi et moi” ring were of the highest grade. I looked all over at jewellers in Melbourne and could not find stones I loved as much as those on offer at Anny’s. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was impeccable, and the price tag was also very reasonable. I was so happy with my quote and experience that I made purchase on my first visit.

Before you buy anywhere else, it’s worth visiting Anny’s. From someone who previously worked in the jewellery manufacturing industry I can say with confidence that this family run business is committed to producing quality jewellery at an affordable price. My only regret is that I didn’t find Anny’s sooner.

We walked into Anny’s Jewellers a couple of weeks ago after being referred by a local partner business, due to our short lead time requirements.
The process couldn’t have been any more efficient by Harry’s daughter, we explained our needs and budget, then were we’re done within minutes.

Two rings sized and decided on, manufactured and collected with two weeks. Pricing was reasonable given the amount of labor and short time frame allocated.

Overall a fantastic experience, Harry was a class act on collection day and we’re very happy with our rings.

Great customer service. I just had my wedding band created at Anny’s and it turned out beautiful. Reasonably priced and the team make you feel well looked after. Highly recommend.

I went in yesterday to get a necklace fixed. Harry did it for me on the spot and did not charge me for it. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

Needed to have a bracelet altered (extended) and had a few issues in getting it correct, however when we came in to Annys Jewellers, a kind man working at the store straight away took the bracelet and did the alterations there & then. It came out absolutely perfect, and he even added extra loops, so that I could have greater choice in the size I wanted for the bracelet. Would go back again in a heartbeat if I needed any kind of alterations to any of my jewellery:)

Absolutely amazing service I've been coming here for 7 years. The owner has fixed a few really difficult pieces that other jewelers wouldn't even consider doing. I would give 6 stars if it was possible.

Took my partners gold necklace to Anny's to get the broken clasp fixed. They had good pricing for a new clasp, changed it over right away for me, and cleaned the necklace for free. I was so impressed and they even cleaned my own necklace and got the knots out of the chain as well, and I only had to pay the price for the clasp! They were excellent, will definitely keep going back to Anny's Jewellers in the future!

This review is long overdue, but I am so glad that I had come to Annys to have an engagement ring made. In the midst of my complete lack of knowledge, and the challenges of COVID, the whole family at Annys delivered above and beyond to create the perfect ring to ask for my now-fiancée's hand in marriage.

From creating a timeless, elegant design to even taking the liberties of looking after us with re-sizing months after the ring's creation, I looked forward to meeting with Chris and the family each time.

Nothing beats the chemistry felt through an immaculate customer experience, and there is no one else I would've trusted to handle such an important milestone.

Annys jewllers made both my engagment ring and wedding bands and we can not praise them highly enough. I can say for certain that the craftmanship and style of my rings is timeless as it has taken me 2 years to get to a review and I still am enamored by my rings. Harry is a master craftsman he has designed and made for me the most beautiful sapphire and diamond ring. I was so impressed with his professionalism and patience during the the design process.
He had previously made a pendant for me from a sentimental ring and so I decided to entrust the designing and making of this very special ring to him.
