Our experience with Chris at Anny's was exceptional when we were looking at designing a custom engagement ring. We ended up getting our wedding bands done too.

We were rather uninitiated at the start of the process. Chris was patient and professional through our several visits and walked us through all the important details such as the plethora of factors when picking the right diamond and offered a lot of advice on which factors to consider and trade-off to work towards our budget. Through the process, we never felt pressured or experienced any "hard sell". We were given time to research and decide on the diamond that was right for us.

When it came to our specific ring design, Chris was able to take all the requirements and presented us with a CAD design and also a 3d printed mockup to ensure the profile and fit was perfect.

The whole process was fun and it was assuring to be involved with each step. Chris was always responsive and kept us up to date with the progress. We felt very looked after and am confident that our follow up sessions in future for cleaning and maintenance are going to be as pleasant.

The final results for the engagement ring and wedding bands were exactly what we had imagined brought to life. The workmanship is top notch despite our specific asks and engraving details.
