6Sold me a property for 435k in craigieburn. Median house price increased >10% in 4 years of ownership. Sold for 420k. Only logical reasoning is I was overcharged on original purchase. Called them and used their independent complaints process. No logical reasoning given. No offer to buy it back, no original staff left. Early adopters in the scam sector. Only gave 1star as there is no lower ranking. BEWARE
Never heard from them. And when I did, it was always someone new/different. They applied on my behalf for a property that was a flop and never even checked if my credit rating was good!
We were told we would have a lifetime of financial assistance and investment advice with WPS then Anne street partners. We instead still own a property that has not had any capital growth in 8 years and was for most of the time valued well below our purchase price. They advised people to buy into areas that would be flooded with rentals and were not good areas to expect capital growth from. Very disappointed as they promoted themselves to us as investors for busy mums and dads who knew little about investing. I will know better next time.

I wanted to see about securing a better outcome for our future but was very hesitant - actually very embarrassed that I had left it so long to do anything. Thomas was very patient and explained things to me so I understood, and didnt make me feel like an idiot for leaving it so long. I can honestly say that I am overjoyed in the outcome as our future is looking a lot better now. If anyone is contemplating their financial future, I would recommend them whole heartedly.
You may think you are doing well, but they do it better! Dont wait as long as I did, do it now.
