Anna Clements Kinesiology

I loved my kinesiology appointment with Anna. I wasn't sure what to expect from it but when I walked in there, Anna knew exactly what I needed and I felt completely at ease. Anna was very intuitive in identifying things that have been preventing me from moving forward in certain areas of my life. This included bringing to my awareness some unexpected things that I had not consciously acknowledged but were actually so relevant. She helped me to identify and articulate my vision for something that I am starting and helped me to understand that I have the tools I need to work through particular challenges. She also gave me some practical recommendations that I can apply to support that process. I walked out of the consulting rooms feeling balanced and empowered. Thank you, Anna.
