ANIBT - Melbourne CBD Campus reviews
13 ANIBT doesn't care about their students.
Staff treated me really badly when I reached out for help about experiencing mental health issues. Even when I said their solution didn't work for me, they tried to force me to accept it.
Their miscommunication issues are horrible and their blame students for it. ANIBT just cares about money.
Need to be careful with this school, they will ruthlessly squeeze your tuition fees.be careful when you see this comment
I have finished my certificate iv in commercial cookery from anibt. All staff are very good and cooperative thank you.
It's the worst school I've ever attended. I failed one task, and I already paid the fee and resubmitted it. Aside from the staff not helping me with my grades, they still keep asking me to pay again and again. I've been following this for months (actually almost one year) with this assignment's grading and followed many times. The staff never gave me an answer as to when my grades would be released. The staff only answered my questions that “I didn't know, Can't give an answer and I had to ask the training manager first” and they never gave me an answer that summed it up like an unprofessional worker does. I've been waiting for this grade to come out for a very long time. I need to use a certificate for visa extension, and now I can't extend my visa because I don't have a certificate. I hope other students don't have to go through this experience like me.
Was a student here only for a semester and had a wonderful experience. Students are well looked after by teachers. I highly recommend anyone out wanting to study Certificate III in Hospitality which I studied, come to ANIBT. It's the place to be and you'll get all the support you need.
I have finished my course in Commercial cookery and Diploma in hospitality Management. Amazing journey with them. Also, all the support that we got in Covid time was a big help for all students. If you wanna study commercial cooker, patisserie or even age care, it is a great college to do it.
The course was interesting and covered relevant industry required knowledge.trainers and staffs were supportive. The course was also a foundation for my university studies.
The course had its challenging content which made you think and learn the importance of understanding what and how to do your trade with confidence. It had a good balance between theory and practical. Harder trade than most people think.
Not only are they bad course providers they will attempt to exploit and EXTORT you. I had to leave their course and AUS during Covid-19 for a stomach problem that required surgery. Even after informing them they have put debt collectors after me. Not only are they inept they will act towards you with malicious intent and cause you DURESS as a foreign student. CRIMINAL. This place has zero enrollment from local students. Proof is on the emails in the snips. These people still work there. AVOID at all costs.
Brilliantly educational, joined a lot of the dots between what I did, and needed to know. Helped me gain future employment in the HOTEL OPERATION industries.
Good experience with teacher and classmate in pass two years
there are some good study vibe in the class and respect each other
Nice city view of classroom at level 13. My experience has been great with the enrolment and the student service. Every staff is very passionate about education.
Horrible student servide.they never help students and they always try to make things hard for students. They just want money.
