Welcoming and friendly service, we visited the store, bought our daughter a beautiful piece of jewellery. The store offered great specials and friendly service.
We even were welcome to try on rings and we had no plans to but have decided on buying a new ring to replace a lost one and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable on helping me pick a new ring.

Staff well not very pleasent except lady named Lisa she couldn't do enough for us if wasn't for her we would not go back

I visited this store a week ago, shame about the staff not very nice, had to bring my business to Michaell Hill and paid lots for a ring. Shame on them.never felt welcome every time i go inside the store.

Something for every price range. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I went into the store at the market place today and each of the 3 ladies that worked there were brilliant, so polite and friendly and nothing was a hassle for them, they definitely make sure the customer leaves their store satisfied and very very happy, thank you ladies, see you next time,
