This review doesn't deserve any stars. If you want help, or good customer, product knowledge or something repaired. DO NOT visit this store the current manager & a particular staff member were both rude, unhelpful & loved saying it was my fault. They did not want to resolve my concern. The funny thing the manager told me "that we live in Australia & we have to tell a story" it was because I was silly enough to trust them to write down to their jeweller what I wanted done to my wedding ring set. I told them I was very angry & upset they both didn't care, they said you want it fixed you shouldn't of signed to agree what was written on repair slip to their jeweller & if want to fixed I will need to pay extra to what I want done.
I asked them to call the jeweller or head office to get their response how to resolve my issue. No they weren't going to do that.
I told that I would send a complaint to their head office which I have done & I would NEVER come back to this store & tell everyone not to come in. They both smiled & said have a nice day. What a nasty bunch of women & no pride on their appearance maybe to match there lack of personality/customer service skills.
I really hope I can get my wedding rings repaired & I don't have to pay any extra money.
I am still very angry & upset & don't want to wear my rings. This happened on the 25/6/2023

Manager Meg was fantastic extremely helpful, attentive and genuinely caring. Don’t go anywhere else!

Bought a watch there last year in about July. Only a cheap one for work. Last week it stopped working. I am assuming it's the battery. Because it's still under warranty I took it back to them to change the battery. Cut a long story short, they have to send it away to the manufacturer to check it out. This is going to take up to 6 weeks! I don't want to break the warranty so I have let them send it away. I'm sure it's probably the same with all jewellers these days who don't do work on there premises. The girl who I dealt with was very nice and had a professional manner. I would have no hesitation in shopping there again.
UPDATE. When we came out of the first lockdown, I just happened to be at Knox City. Dropped into the store.they had replaced my watch.

What amazing service we had at your store this evening 24/10. The most beautiful staff that were so helpful and so understanding as we had our crazy twins in the store. Thank you for such lovely service and special mention to the woman’s with black hair who served us. What fantastic staff!

Zandalee and the girls there are lovely and very helpful went above and beyond for my wedding, organising jewellery for my entire bridal party. Couldn't recommend them more

Thank you to the young sales assistant Katie who helped me organise a watch band for my partner Tony's old Citizen watch. I was at my wits end, Really appreciate all your efforts Katie.

Useless staff and non existant service, that when escalated goes all the way up to area manager level

I've been in customer service for 25 years and has never seen an appalling salesperson as Jaydene. Walked in to buy my wife a surprise b'day gift and had to wait for over 5 mins while the sales girl looked at me and ignored and kept fixing up a cabinet, till I had to knock from outside the glass and had to ask for help. She was very irritated about that for sone reason.and came in front of me with her arms crossed and did not greet me by saying a simple "hello" or "how may I help you". She was just staring at me as if I was an interruption to her day. I understand if they were busy with other customers, but I was the only customer there.anyways will never go there again and ended up purchasing from the fountain gate store. Angus and coots must really do some mystery shopping to see what their salespeople are doing coz it it pathetic!
If I was jadenes manager I will sack her on the spot.
