Angkor Music International reviews
31The service from Angkor Music was excellent, they had what I wanted in stock and dispatched it quickly and well packaged. Great communication along the way too
I bought a cello bridge and came with a broken corner.
The seller insists that their faulty product is of good quality, despite evidence to the contrary.

I love this place bought my kid a digital piano to learn on, everyone was so helpful and happy to talk me through the options.
The shop is incredible too, such a huge range of guitars and drums.
Noel was great with providing advice and the necessary parts I needed to finish of my guitar project. We spoke about wiring, he showed me the pre-made wiring kits Angkor does. They are really well made with high quality components. He also stocks a lot of cool guitar parts from big name brands.
I purchased a Sigma 12 string acoustic from here at an amazing price. The transit was a little slow but the guitar is absolutely amazing. The sound quality is very good and the guitar arrived interstate packaged very well to avoid any damage. I’m so happy with the quality of this guitar. Thanks again
What an awesome store! I don't think I've ever been in a music shop with such a huge variety of guitars both electric and acoustic. I visited from central Vic to try out some Schecter electrics and was able to sit comfortably and try a few out to find what I wanted. Tom was very obliging and helpful finding all the extra bits I wanted - many thanks! Great service, good prices, amazing amount of stock, easy parking and a cafe over the road. Brilliant.
Thanks so much to the folks a Angkor for a next day dispatch on my Ibanez 6 string bass. It arrived in pristine condition. Only let down by the awful delivery service by Aramex. Next time, I'll drive up from Drysdale myself. Cheers folks.
Great little boutique kind of store and prices were very good. Worth checking out for some general gear.
Super helpful, kitted me out with great quality parts for my guitar, and then when I got home I found out they even included cookies in the bag, which my kids enjoyed. Will be back for sure.
Staff were really great and willing to help. They went out of their way to find a specific mike attachment. Will certainly be visiting again. Great range in store as well.
Came in here yesterday to buy some guitar fret oil and stings, was sorted out very quickly. Clean shop and with a great range of products. Don’t be shy to talk to the storepersons they will help you out for sure
Needed some strings for a Fender Bass and couldn't believe how easy it is to drive from Millers Junction or Altona - just off Kororoit Creek Rd. Plenty big showroom filled with great gear and they are happy to answer any questions we gave them.
Did an online purchase of Jimi Hendrix pickups after a good phone conversation to understand the options. Had some problems with the courier but Tom and the team were very supportive and responsive so will definitely be coming back!
Thanks to the team at Angkor Music for the promotional free restring with D’Addario springs. The team were fantastic and the range of guitars is second to none.
Rude and impatient on the phone turned me off shopping here at all.
Although can't speak for in-store service.
Edit:
Thank you, i acknowledge that this person doesn't represent all of your staff and services. But I called on two occasions and was spoken to in the same manner both times. It was a male voice.
Headed down to Angkor Music for the first time today because of the free D’Addario restring offer they were promoting. A huge thanks goes out to team for a great experience - awesome staff who took the time to check over my guitar and fix a few little things that needed fixing, when they didn’t need to. If you live near Angkor Music and you haven’t been there, then you should go. If you live further away, it’s definitely worth the trip. FYI, their showroom offers a wide range of guitar brands, many other places don’t simply don’t stock. Get down there whenever you can.
What a find this place is.
Get out and support a local business that for any muso has everything you need and more including onsite professionals.
