Aslama lakum my friends i went here for a hsp and guess what i got a very tasty hsp the chips were nice and fresh and the meat was to good it was like it was my tummy yummy the store had also got motivational quotes on the wall and that mad me feel like i was never going to give i really like the hsp in this shop wish it was a bit cheaper because im not that rich and i feel like they should lower the prices so that we can get some good food for a bit cheap thank you

Got the southern fried chicken burger way too much sauce and very greasy, could barely eat half of it

Very big tasty juicy burger served with chips. Perhaps not the healthiest as the name suggests but it was very satisfying and as my adult son said, quite probably the best burger he has ever eaten.

This honestly the best kebab shop in st albans, other than that, the food is amazing and the workers are very nice

Flavourful and generous sized kebab! The sauces were delightful and complimented the mixed kebab meat

Had a lamb kebab tonight 12.5.23 what a hit just came back from interstate and they claim they have best kebabs well they haven’t tried Angie’s

Little overpriced, ordered a mixed kebab with Turkish bread and chips. Both were were made nicely and tasted good, however the bread just seemed a bit dry. Friendly service from Pooja & Aria who were happy to chat to my 5 year old (sorry if spelling is wrong!) I will visit again.

Update: I have since visited again a few weeks later and ordered the same food. It smelled different, not right, and it didn't taste the same either. I don't know why, but the kebab wasn't nice at all. Partly ate and threw it out.

I think this restaurant had a change of management and ownership because the quality of their food has declined dramatically from roughly 2 years ago. First time I had their HSP (roughly a couple years ago) was actually really decent and over time I've ordered from them but have noticed a decline in quality.
Recently, I ordered potato cakes and an HSP. Worst decision ever. Potato cakes were rock solid, burnt, and therefore, inedible. I took one bite out of one of them, but I couldn't carry on eating it or any of the items. The hsp had really burnt chips that you could tell was just refried in old oil. Burnt and greasy. When I called the restaurant to directly address the issue, the person I spoke to laughed it off, said sorry, and then just told me to rate them. He didn't offer a refund or sound sincere when he even said sorry. Very, very rude customer service over already poor quality food! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone unless they change management/staff.

We ordered the large hsp with garlic and bbq. It was so good and the chips were so crunchy. Perfect amount of sauce. Happy to make this place a regular

Pretty disappointed with the iskender, The bread inside was just mush.

There meat is full of flavour and not too oily.

The chips were average at best and not fresh.

The chicken wings were amazing.

What happened to your chips? We used to order them weekly and haven't gone for the past 2 months, come back today and now they're the dry chunky ones and the packaging is so much smaller but more expensive. Please bring back the old chips

Came here for a late night meal and was not at all enjoyable, meat was cold, lettuce was dry and the garlic sauce was just there. Extremely disappointed!

When I open the kabab and took one bite it’s half cold the bread was cold and chicken was old and very hard to chew and tomatoes were smelly I vomited.seems like they are selling old stuff first

Don't order from here, worst place to visit. Place took 40 minutes to give me my food. I ordered before 5 people, who all received their food before me. The lady said it was her fault, then went on to give me excuses, and said she doesn't want to give me any excuses.
I recommend going anywhere else.
Look at the quality of the meat

Very poor service, DO NOT COME HERE. Friend waited 40 minutes for his order and the rest of us got our order long before his, even though he was one of the first to order.

He asked for a refund and the lady refused to give him his money back even though he hadn't recieved his order yet.

Absolutely disgraceful. Will not be coming here again.

My brother and I have been to this place occasionally and it is usually fine, however we order it again today and bring it home to eat with our family to only realise the kebab is extremely different. We open the kebab up to see cabbage inside instead of the lettuce. We check the packaging and it is still ticked lettuce with no disclaimer at the store either advising us that they would be swapping it out. Extremely disappointed on how misleading it was as my family does not like cabbage and was a let down. They should be letting customers know instead of misleading them.

I've had the mixed doner kebab a couple of times and they have been good. A decent local kebab. The customer service there varies depending on who you get. A young male who works there can definitely work on his approach towards customers by being friendlier but clearly lacks social skills. The females on the other hand were very polite. Everything counts from service to food and 3 stars is a fair assessment.

Be wary. Great meat. Tastes amazing BUT, the order in this place is terrible. They get orders wrong very often. Phone number dosnt get answered. EVER! They dont have sympathy if you complain about your order being incorrectly made or things missing in your order. This place would be great if 99% of the staff were fired and new faces brought in with PROFESSIONALISM!
NEEDS MAJOR WORK STAFF WISE.atmosphere is good. Great wall art. But the workers and manager need TRAINING on how to be in customer service and work with food excellence. Would eat here but be sure to check your food before you walk out the door. Dont menulog your meals. They will come wrong and you will have to go in and reorder and wait again.

Disgraceful quality. I ordered a HSP which was filled with oil I tiled it on the side and it swished around.greasy and disgusting not to mention the fact that they forgot to put jalapenos on my order which I requested and paid extra for.and they forgot my partners potato cake.you should be ashamed to call yourself a kebab shop
