Hubby and I had booked super last minute tonight as we were both feeling a little down and needed a massage. The team catered to all of our needs, asked about the focal points we were wanting to target and executed it extremely well!
I’ve had severe lower back/hip pain and Jenny really went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the service that she had provided. Felt soooooo much better leaving there, compared to how we walked in!

Angelique massage is modern, clean and professional. My favorite therapist is Jane but equally all of them are well trained and never disappoint. It’s important to mention one very special person. Paris looks after all the bookings and front desk reception every day. She’s the face of this business. She is knowledgeable in all the treatment options. Her bright and cheerful greetings are always welcomed and we love being treated like VIP’s whether it be over the telephone or in person at each visit. My family and I attend regularly and she always so professional.

I bought voucher for a friend for last Christmas and the message on the voucher said Happy New Year for 2 years ago. The conditions mention the voucher expires in 3 years from purchuse, but the expiry date was only 1 year. I ended up using the misprinted Happy New Year voucher on myself and bought another one for my friend. When my friend used her voucher, she got accussed of using a voucher that had already been used and the receiptionist was complaining that it got deducted from their pay. They later sorted out the issue and realized my friend was innocent. Not the sort of harrasment you want for someone that you're trying to treat with a gift. Especial a massage place, where you go to to supposably relax. I am now being accussed of using the same voucher twice, even though they take the vouchers from you when you redeem them. Also don't understand why a system would allow you to book with a used voucher.

Depending on which masseuse you get the massages can either be OK or terrible. My partner found their one to be quite average. However, my masseuse caused me severe back pain after the massage for 3 days. She had no proper technique, was too rough and did not target any pressure points. I'm not sure that she even knew what she was doing and would not honestly go back there. Be weary about who you book your session with it could go either way. Also, customer service was strange.the guy at reception asked us to download this Chinese app before the massage so that they could get some points on the app.which took 20mins.

Got a voucher for Christmas and finally had time to get a massage. The next day I get calls and messages saying “I have already used this voucher” which is 10000% not true.and the pay from the stuff will get cut causes of the situation. Seriously I have never dealt with this before after a massage.absolutely joke.

I always have a wonderful experience here. Staff are welcoming & lovely to talk to, environment is really nice & well presented & I get a great massage. Wish I could afford to come more often. Thank you!

I had a 2 hour deep tissue massage with maya (I think that was her name) and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I had a lot of tension and I felt like I was on cloud nine when I left. I would be coming here regularly if I lived in Melbourne. I’ll be thinking about this massage for days!

Great experience and excellent Thai oil and reflexology massage. Sonia, my masseuse has good techniques, she helped tremendously to ease off my stiff back and legs pain.

Highly professional and really good service. They’re really good with feedback during the massage so if there’s too much or too little pressure they’ll adjust well.

I was so disappointed after booking my valetines day spa package for Saturday then Andrews anounced lock down. I called the salon and they managed to fit us in on Friday. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the 2.5 hr package before we were locked down. We left feeling refreshed and pampered with professional service and great hospitality. Will definitely be going back. Jane was amazing. Can not recommend Angelique highly enough. 5 stars from me!

My first visit to Angelique today, impressed by the set up, range of services offered. Knowledge of the lady at reception. They got me in for an appointment very quickly (called Friday night and visited Saturday arvo).
The massage was amazing, there was a small mix up on booking times so a little delay in starting however I was given more than the hour I paid for to make up for this. She found the (many) knots in my back and worked through them making sure I was comfortable.
Highly recommend, I have made another appointment. Actually can’t wait for the next visit!
