I recently visited this nail salon for a pedicure, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. Firstly, the prices displayed on their website were completely misleading. The website advertised a pedicure for $30, and when I called to confirm the price, I was told it was $40. However, upon arriving at the salon, I was shocked to find out that the actual cost was $55. This inconsistency and lack of transparency regarding pricing is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Moreover, the quality of the pedicure was subpar. The nail technician left a massive gap between the nail polish and my toenails, which is not only unsightly but also indicates a lack of attention to detail and care. I am concerned that as my nails regrow, the gap will become even more noticeable and problematic.

Overall, I was deeply dissatisfied with both the pricing practices and the quality of service at this nail salon. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this establishment to others.

Been going here for ages but I don’t think I’ll return after today. My nails are thick and misshapen and the red polish is transparent. I was rushed and charged an extra $10 for a very poorly done design. Said something on my way out and was blatantly ignored. Awful customer service and bad work. No thanks.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Not sure why I even bothered giving them a second chance. Had a mani pedi on Friday which took more than 2 hours. When the nail polish on my hand dried, it was full of bubbles. They wanted to fix it on the same night but I said I’m not waiting anymore, so they said come back another day and we’ll fix it for you. I came back today and the exact same thing happened. Bubbles.on.every.finger. I’ve never been more disappointed. An additional 45 mins (on top of the 2 hours) of my life I’ll never get back. Be warned.

Good service very helpful was a little rough with my hands made me bleed on two of my cuticles but other then that I was in love with it and it was such a cute place

The women who work here aren’t very smart. Yesterday I formally booked a 3: 30pm appointment over the phone it was confirmed. I walked in at 3: 25 pm the response “come back in an hour”? For real. That’s very unprofessional and plain rude and in-fact stupid! Three years I was a regular client so was my mum we both live locally. They always always over book themselves. Don’t they have time management skills? Today I called and gave a piece of my mind to the owner of the salon khaly. People reading this do yourself a favour and go elsewhere spend your money at another nail salon that is professional and provides actual customer service and can work in a timely manner. I made it clear on the phone when I complained that they have LOST me and my mum as regular paying customers! If they persist to overbook themselves and treat customers like this they will indeed lose more business…. Khaly exercise your common sense you are suppose to be a business owner.

The nails are all different lengths and the shape isn’t consistent. Not very happy with the nails. Expected better

A great place to come get your nails done! This is my second time coming to get gel polish – a mani and a Fey. It’s super reasonable, fast, and nearby.
