Shout out these guys for sorting out not 1 but 2 flats I got while on a pub cruise. They were about to close for the day and beau helped me out no drams with a flat tyre. When I walked out if the shop my other tube blew. He came straight back out and fixed the other tyre for me. Can't fault the service and their selection is excellent.

Fantastic range for the size of the shop, went in to get some pedals and was treated like an actual normal human (rare for a bike shop) by the lovely staff. Very reasonable prices too. A+ will shop again.

Never received a rear hub my mrs ordered for me, first after buying it they sent her the wrong tracking number so had to wait a few days for the right one, aus post are now investigating what’s happened to it and although it could be their fault, it had no ‘sign for’ option or anything and basically got dropped in someone else’s mailbox, which sucks considering most other bmx shops do free postage on orders over $100 and super fast and you have to sign for it or it gets dropped at the door as a parcel. Then I try this place and never receive my order and have difficulties tracking it!

The Anchor is one of the most legitimate bmx shops in Australia and i'd go as far as to say, worldwide. Run by dedicated bmx riders, stocks legitimate brands, makes it's own great quality products, has a unique interior decor & has supported the greater bmx scene with jams/fundraisers/comps for years. I can't imagine Melbourne without this store, it's more of an institution.

Worst bmx shop in melbourne! Staff are extremely rude. Would never spend a cent in there tiny overpriced crud they call a bmx shop. Would probly do melbourne good if this shop burnt down!

Not quite sure what Mr. Rohan is talking about here, most likley a troll from a larger BMX shop in Melbourne. I have been shopping at Anchor for over 5 years now, nothing but great service and competitive prices, it's a great family vibe that you do not get at any other bike shop in Melbourne, I cannot recommend them enough, keep up the great work Beau and Leigh.

Anchor bmx is trustworthy and kind to their customers. They will help you out and they are loyal to thier customers which truely awesome. I would recomonand them to any bmxer or to people looking to start bmxing

I purchased new cranks among other parts for my bmx here a little while ago and these guys have always been super helpful. They are more than willing to offer their advice and experience when it comes to new products and there has always a great vibe whenever I stop by. Definitely recommended.
