So the Big4 a few meters further down is right on the beach.
But place here is clean and well maintained. WiFi throughout the place. Nice bathroom and nice staff. The price is also ok at $82 for 2 people with a motorhome. You'll be in the city in just a few minutes. No problem on foot either.

We stayed last year in our carvan and were so happy with everything. The ladies in the office were just so lovely too! Looking into our next stay now:)

Great place to stay. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, especially Janine and Brad and Amy. It’s close to everywhere we wanted to be, has a warm indoor pool and was really clean with a warm heater, which was perfect for the icy weather. Stay here!

Best Caravan park we've ever been to hands down and we've travelled all around Australia! Family owned business with the friendliest staff that are so accomodating and make you feel right at home. Very clean ammenities and great facilities. Jumping cushion, games room, basketbal court, extra activities (magician, snake lady), swimming pool. You name it, they have it. They even have a little kiosk where you can get coffees and they serve fish and chips during the holidays. 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to the city center.
If you want to have an awesome holiday, this is the place to be! Can't recommend enough!

Great caravan park has all you could want as a camper. Showers and toilets clean, camp kitchen and other facilities such as pool and games room. The only issue with caravan parks is the noise of people going to toilets and crying kids. Otherwise good value.

Just arrived a couple of days ago with our caravan in Cowes, Phillip Island. Here to spend Christmas with my 85 year old parents who are unwell. Parked the van in their driveway as our adult children arrive tomorrow and will stay in the house. Inquired at Anchor Belle Holiday Park about using their dump point and said we didn't mind paying a fee (which the council told me has happened on the Island,) as there is NO public dump point, the closest being Korumburra, 77kms away which is over an hour's drive.
The manager at Anchor Belle said that they would charge me a daily SITE CHARGE to use the dump point which is absolute highway robbery and a total disgrace! A powered site costs $51 rising to $81 after Christmas! Just to empty our toilet! NO Christmas cheer at this place! She even sent her lackey out to write down our number plate in case we tried to sneak in and use her dump point! I told her she was encouraging people to dump waste in the bush.which we wouldnt do anyway! There is no way I would recommend this park to ANYONE!

GOOD NEWS! NRMA HOLIDAY PARK CAME TO THE RESCUE. $5 to use their dump point and the manager, Kellie was so lovely and kind! Very professional too, unlike the manager at Anchor Belle! She certainly restored my faith in humanity!

Super clean and well run family operated park. Sooo much for children to do here! Easy access and short walk to the beach and we just wish we had a little longer to make the most of all there was to offer there. The multiple games rooms and indoor pool + toddler pool was definitely our highlight.

Great caravan park. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. Was comfortable and suited our needs. Nice and close to the beach and not far from town. Jumping pillow good for the kids. Water pressure in the shower wasn't the best and struggled to rinse the sand off but we managed. Would stay again.

LOVE everything about this place, Great stay, Friendly staff and an overall family friendly park. Its my 2nd time here and I have always found this park to be secure, comfortable and ideal for families. They had some great activities for the kids and great coffee and fish n Chips at reception too! Will definitely be back again. The beach and the park are both beautiful, thank you for a great memorable stay, would highly recommend for families and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We stayed in one of the townhouses, excellent for large groups. Very spacious and relaxing - two outside decks. Have stayed in cabins at this park before, also very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Took the 22 foot van here and we were fortunate to get the drive through site. Its a tight park for us and the very kind manager told us not to worry about the fence paling we took out. Lot of older style parks on Phillip Island that don't fit the big van.
Amazing super neat, all leaves been blown away off grass. Spotless bathrooms. Love how you can walk through the back gate for beach access. Its a healthy walk into town via beach or road.
Bins clean and well located. Well fitted camp kitchen with 4 BBQ. There is a lot of permanent vans here but they were all neat and tidy with mowed lawns around. They all appeared to have new awnings which is a good look. Often parks with lots of permanent vans look like shanty towns. We were there 2 weeks before Xmas so it was nice and quiet. I wish the owners a successful holiday season.
Husband says: one of the cleanest parks he's been to. Access is too small for the big van. People are friendly.

Nice friendly park with good facilities. Will go again. 20min walk on the beach to Cowes village.

Beds are rock hard
Pool and games arcade closed way too early
No free wifi, expected to pay $10 per GB
Mobile reception is woefully slow so can't even fall back onto that for some late night movie watching.
TV's in the cabins are so far away from the seating area
Heater barely worked
Lights in the communal BBQ area kept turning off
Not actually sure what I liked about this place.

This has been my first stay in a cabin at a van park. G'day parks have flybuys at this was a trial for me to make up my mind about becoming a Gday member. Have to say I am very happy. Loved the park plenty of amenities and an excellent base for exploring Philip island. Joined as a member as soon as I got home and am looking forward to my next adventure
