Great staff when you are in. I've tried to call them multiple times to ask for a stock enquiry.they never answer their phones.

You sell important accessories online only why is this? Does it hurt your company if they have some of the stock in the stores so people can buy it today? Also a staff member was clueless as to whats in the store and whats online only.

Thanks to Michelle who couldn’t have been more helpful in assisting with my queries today. She facilitated an exchange of faulty goods for me first on the phone then in store with professionalism and care. A credit to your organisation.

Mark is an absolute legend, going above and beyond when I had a query about a faulty product by providing advice and a free replacement. Made me feel special, fantastic stuff! ~!

Great place to browse and find something interesting and always has great camping and outdoor living ideas.

You deserve 0 Star.went to pick up my click and collect order after receiving sms confirmation but they cancelled my order and refunded me without any prior notification. Just wasted my time.

Great staff, were easy going with a return of a bike trailer (kids) that was not of acceptable quality. Can't get better than that, it's the reason I keep going anaconda when I have issues with products

Absolutely ridiculous phone service.
Waited on phone for 15 mins. Called back and and got out on hold again 15 mins.
Then straight to voicemail, I only wanted to ask if they sold live bait. Pathetic!

Visiting from QLD last week and needed a few things. Decent enough products overall. And 1or 2 decent staff members who helped out Otherwise a toxic place. Staff too busy gossiping and saying some pretty horrendous things about other people. Staff member “Taylah” was clearly not interested in helping at all, despite her effort to convince me otherwise. I have a speech impediment and it was pretty heart breaking to hear it being mocked as I walked away. Never again! Embarrassment to the company. I bought the rest of my gear from a ‘Highpoint’ centre who I would recommend you make the trip to instead.

I cannot rave enough about Hayley from Anaconda Watergardens, she has been the most amazing, lovely and helpful person - after my click and collect order was not in stock due to a system error she did everything to help me find the same item at another store - Thank you so much Hayley, you're an asset to Anaconda!

The staff member at the register was helpful. The staff on the floor not helpful at all. Rang 3 times the other day, the phone went un-answered. I ended up ringing another store, where my call was answered and I had a reply to my query.

They had 50% discounts on Men's clothing.

Thats pretty good in my opinion.

Love this place and there's always good bargains. They have just about everything you need for boating, camping, fishing, and other outdoor activities like biking and hiking. Metal/gold detectors and so much more. Whilst I do sometimes struggle to find someone for help and questions (busy working so I'm not mad or annoyed) they are very knowledgeable staff and friendly.

Went to exchange a present, no problems. Very helpful staff. Tried to buy larger size boots, but the 1 I could get had only 1 shoe, the other had been stolen. Just my luck.
Better luck today, found 2 prs of pants in the discount area that were already reduced, then they took another 50% off. They were left overs but they looked good and fitted well. No luck with shoes. But did fing a laddies shirt for a daughters birthday present.hopes she likes as I do. Anyway can be returned or exchanged via the great staff they have here.

Last week went shopping here for my son's hiking trip - the store's staff are focused on a help yourself approach. After asking a third person, Ava for help it became frustrating to shop without hiking experience. Once Ava answered our question she continued with great customer service and helped us with the rest of our shopping list. Instead of only buy 2 items because of the limited service Ava helped us find about 20 items on our list. If you go this store ask for Ava she's a great help!

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had! The female behind the counter with the worst attitude and acrylic nails to boot!
