Ordered online. Brought and showed my proof of purchase email to the front. While they got it, I went and browsed the store. Once I was done browsing, I went to the front and collected my items. Pretty smooth shopping experience. I recommend this method of buying items if you don't need to see it in person. The prices are competitive with other outdoor stores.

Horrible service. I got a bike and they called on Thursday to pick it up. On Friday they called and said it’s not ready. On Sunday they called me to pick it up. When I entered IKEA, I saw a man walk out with a black men’s nitro bike, which is what I purchased. Then when I went and got my bike, it was a blue men’s nitro bike. They gave my bike to someone else. Then I went to another Anaconda as they said they have it in stock and I will get it today. I went there and got asked to come back in two weeks. Horrible service. Would not recommend going here.

My first time visiting Anaconda, I had multiple staff help me with a bike purchase, fantastic informative customer service, I felt welcomed, it was a very positive experience so much so I will return again! Plenty of sales and variety of products.

I looked up the rods i wanted on line and went to the store to find them - big mistake. What i should have done was order them on line and let the staff find where they were located and then just picked them up. The rods are on racks on top of sales displays. Not only does this mean you have to reach up and take them down to find out what style they are but there are no price tags on the either. I used one of the staff sets of steps to pull down an array of rods but still couldn't find the ones i wanted. I finally found a lady staff member what the prices were on the ones i had selected which she did after she went and got a scanner but in the end i left and bought exactly what i needed from BCF because it was easier.

Went in today chasing a jacket for my wife that Brighton didn’t have, only had an old one to compare size, found a lady by the name of Lucy, she sized compared and found the one I was looking for. To easy, thx Lucy.

Seriously lift your game Anaconda Springvale. Broken lock on change door meant I couldn't try on clothes I came to purchase. Went to Kathmandu instead and guess what the change room lock was working!

Do not buy a bike from this place.bought an expensive electric bike for xmas which they assembled and we paid for, within 2 weeks it had an error msg we had to drive all the way to take it to them took 3 weeks, had to call to enquire, manager said we are trying to find the manual to identify the error msg - hopeless, they couldn't figure it out, we got a refund, lucky ones.keep away from this store. Didn't even give a voucher for our petrol expenses.

One staff said they will not refund even the item has mafacturing issues if the items are on sale/clearance. She argued that it was their company policy and laughed. Should train their staffs better-

Best service I’ve received! I went into the store with an issue with one of my items. Tarsh the supervisor at the time went above and beyond to resolve my issues and I couldn’t be happier! She was efficient, helpful, friendly and determined to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Thank you Tarsh at Anaconda Springvale!

Shocking customer service, a huge store but no staff to ask for help.
Took our purchase to front of store to pay and had to wait in a queue while the person on the registee was busy ringing other stores for a customer and showing no real interest in the queue of customers, she eventually called for help which was slow in coming, not good enough!

Unexperienced staff and least co-operative. I followed up twice to check on samr day for my Click & Collect Order if its ready and I was turned back that its cancelled.

Staff will not interact with you unless you jump infront of their face. Otherwise stock and member sales are pretty good

We bought a Fluid bike for my wife. Assembled it ourselves. On the very first ride, the brake lever snapped. Yes, the metal brake lever snapped in two! It was mere fortune that we were on a dedicated bike path and not on the road. Totally lost confidence in the safety of the product, so returned it on a Saturday and asked for a full refund. The store said that the technical team had to assess the damage before they can authorise a full refund, and I had to wait till Tuesday for it to be done. Thought it was reasonable, so I agreed. They weren't ready on Tuesday, or even Wednesday when I called them. Then, on the Thursday, the store called and told me that they had repaired it and that I could collect the bike. I mentioned that I asked for a full refund, not a repair. The store said they would not offer a full refund because they deemed that the brake lever snapping in two is a "minor fault” and that I was not entitled to a full refund. I told them that it was a safety issue, and that I would, under Australian consumer Law, be entitled to a full refund. The store disagreed and refused to offer a refund and advised me that the bike would be forfeited if I do not collect it within two months.
I had to write them a formal letter of complaint (then again, they do not provide an email address on their website anywhere for formal complaints to be sent, so I had to send it as a message on their Facebook page) as advised by the ACCC, after which they promptly offered a full refund.
I was a fairly regular customer at Anaconda until this terrible experience in February 2020 and have never bought, not will I ever buy anything from them again.

Great Anaconda branch. Well stocked shop with plenty of reasonably priced gear. Plenty of free parking in the shopping centre.

Shocking customer service. Team member wandered off after bringing us a pair of shoes to try on and didnt offer any help in regards to what we should be looking for. The other team member at the checkout was rude and forgot to remove security tags on many of our items.

Was very disappointed my experience with this store staff is sad they do not care about the consumer and the manager does not give solutions,
I recommend that you go to another store

The manager does not give reasonable solutions, terrible customer service.they make mistakes selling the products and do not take the responsibility accusing the customers that they are their mistakes, very bad experience.

Was very disappointed they were unable to put an item on hold for me when another Anaconda store offered to hold the same item until end of next day without me asking.
