Wanted to leave a review to commend the excellent customer service by Zoe and her colleague (sorry didn't get her name) instore today. A real can do attitude towards finding solutions and advice to customers. Will definitely return to this store in the future.

Friendly staff, stock very full but slightly hard to navigate and find prices. We used their website to match stock with prices and that worked really well! Have a good range, especially when you really need to see something in person before you buy.

Went in there to buy a new fishing rod
Rob was nothing but ever so helpful
His knowledge would be by far the best highly recommend seeing rob for all your fishing needs
10/10 for his customer service and even looked after me on price
The fishing part of store was well presented but the rest of the store was pretty messy and u tidy

Well where do I start came from benalla thinking these guys will help us. I walked in a lady staff member leaning against the clothes rack chatting to a customer about what ever he was getting up to. Not making sales. I walked around the store. Well I tried the amount of hazards on that floor is ridiculous had my 2 kids with me so helping them not trip over all the rubbish and stock. Did 2 walks around to see if we can find it while my 7 year old was saying loudly don't think they have it. As we were walking out of the shop my 3 year old fall over right in front of them and still didn't get any acknowledgement. I'm glad BCF is right across the road they helped me find the products. And I'll be recommending them from now on. Business lost for good. Maybe the staff on 2-230pm need to know how they have a job is from customers. Looking at previous roles I wounder if it was because I'm female.

Top notch service as always. Came in the other day to grab some chairs. They had an online deal for the same chair. They rainchecked it for me and this morning picked them up. Absolutely love Anaconda!

Highly recommend going to the Shepparton store and speaking to Rob crocker for any and all of your fishing needs, he’s extremely knowledgeable & enthusiastic about fishing, loves to share the love for the sport.
Fantastic customer service

I would not recommend this business. Apparently they don't like filling gas bottles.
After traveling 60km to this store, I was told they couldn't fill my gas bottle because of a ' store policy' about working in adverse weather. Apparently a few spots of rain is deemed as adverse weather. I was advised by the staff to go to BCF, Mitre 10 or BBQs Galore! They won't even fill a bottle if it's slightly dark (aka overcast).

It's got all the good gear no matter what adventures your into staff are pretty friendly too

Best place to shop for camping fishing boating and caravan gear. Just bough a portable fridge/freezer were very informative and knew there stuff. Got a great deal. Fully recommend

Affordable prices orsome people to show you your products, I got like 20 percent of my things I brought ill definitely recommend ANACONDA

Arranged click and collect through store to be picked up by transport company, everything went great, no hassles, Travis at the store was very helpful.

A team member by the name of Brodie was Harassing other team members about there work, i believe he should be spoken to.

Great place to shop for all camping sport and others very friendly staffto help out as well. Will came back again.

Went in looking for a jacket that was advertised the guy at the counter said they had 3 according to the computer couldn’t find it so he said they must have been packed away that was it so we went elsewhere got better service

Young guy at the shepp store was super helpful, no ask was to big or small, he was very knowledgeable and was able to help me out, answered all my questions and I left the store feeling like I was more in the know

I found it dusty and dirty, they don't seem to care about using a vacuum. There were a lot of products covered in dust.

Great experience today. Very helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist with an error that occurred when ordering online for 'click and collect'. Very much appreciated.

I went into the store and had a lovely young girl named Margie help with everything required To make our future snow trip great. All the employees were very helpful and accommodating to the needs and when above and beyond to help me and my family to find everything needed. Also the things they didn’t have they even offered to source them for us which was great. As a small business owner the management of the store should be proud of there happy and friendly staff.
