Went on 16th june around 3: 30pm lovely girl working there so helpful never met such a nice person before, helped my son to decide the shoes for him, i wish i could know her name, the only thing i know she was fixing the shoes boxes. Thanks alot

Plenty of stock, stuff everywhere, literally.
I went in wanting some hiking boots, not a person around to help, people were just helping themselves, customer service has definitely gone out the window, couldn't find what I wanted so went elsewhere where I had assistance with what I was looking for and purchased from them, Macpac.

Prices were OK, lots of sale items. More registers needed to be opened! The line for the registers was very very long (back into the shoe area) however only 2 registers were open.

Absolutely disgraceful assistant store manager, a female named Tayla/Taylor (possibly gave me a fake name)!
I bought a bicycle helmet for a child as a birthday present but turned out to be slightly big for the kid. Took it back to store and young girl at counter started mocking/accusing me, refused to help when I hadreturned the very next day- tag still intact with manual also intact and unused. Ask for store manager and here comes Tayla/Taylor who goes "dont you know our store policy, we wont take it back", I drove 2hrs to the store and pleaded for an expert to examine the helmet as its untouched with all the tags intact and Tayla/Taylor goes "THATS GOOD, GO SELL IT YOURSELF ONLINE AND MAKE MONEY, ONCE SOLD I WONT TAKE IT BACK". I asked her name and she hesitantly murmered Taylor/Tayla.

I went to the Bayswater Anaconda store and the staff inspected the helmet, instantly I got the helmet replaced as it was unused in original conditions.

Policy should be used as a tool to simplify complex procedures, but it is by its very nature inflexible! ANACONDA NARRE WARREN you should be cognizant of customer exceptions that feel intuitively correct, and those exceptions are the point of having store managers. But unfortunately having untrained unskilled arrogant managers is just bringing bad reputation to your business.

For future customers if you value your time and want to treated respectfully stay clear of the NARRE WARREN store and instead go to ANACONDA BAYSWATER store which has got more mature and skilled staff members who care for better customer service.

You need to update your stock online. I travelled far to buy this product and when I got there, there were none.if I hadn't been told they just refreshed stock this review would of been a little different.maintaining online stock supply is most important, as customers expect the product when they arrive to purchase and when it's showing there and not there.you've wasted the customer's time and confidence in your system.hopefully this issue will be resolved later so I can upgrade my review.

Thank you for your ability to also be willing to cater to the disabled, for replacing a flat on my wheelchair. Re,
'Callum' from the bike shop went out of his way, requiring at least half an hour to replace a supplied tube to get me going. I was expecting at least a $20 charge yet was sent on my way with a smile. Thank you Callum for your efforts, attitude and willingness to help. Thank you very much again sir, and I look forward to future assistance. Gavin Allen

I caught fish! Yes, had a very good experience with Mark in the fishing dept. Talked me through the gear I needed to catch trout and helped with hooks, bait and how to rig up to catch them. After many attempts hitting rivers and lakes I am now catching them with my kids. I also now know how to smoke them too! Champion advise!

Pretty poor customer service, I took my gas bottle to refill but they said it’s out of date, the thing is that I took the same gas bottle like two weeks ago and they refilled it but this time it was out of date, it seems like some people who’s working there doesn’t want to work so why bother to work there go find a new job and leave the store for people who likes to help a customer.

Plenty of staff walking around and went to registers but only 1 person on the registers serving customers, after 10 to 15 minutes waiting I left my products there in the line and walked out in disgust as it was the worst retail experiance I have ever had.
I won't be back.

Big store. Customer service is absolutely appaling. Waited 20 minutes had 2 employees walk past me. No greeting or acknowledgement.

When I worked in retail this was a big no no.

We purchased a Coleman Event Sunshelter via the online store for delivery to SA. What we were sent from the Narre Warren store was a used, second-hand piece of rubbish. Bent poles, visible grass clippings, hole in pole bag, a foot missing. An absolute disgusting portrayal of zero quality control and customer service. Looks like someone has just packaged it up with zero care and shipped it, hoping we wouldn't notice.

Very disappointed with the service at this store. Firstly the young 'hero' boy showing off to the girls at the counter whilst pretending to do a mono with the push bike he was moving, nearly takes me out whilst waiting to be served and then 'Gemma' was too busy stuffing around with her watch to think of serving the customers waiting. When she did finally serve me it was clearly evident she hates her job and people and should probably think of a career change where she doesn't have to have interaction with members of society. Wouldn't shop here again, ever!

Went on a busy pre-xmas Sunday. Store is well set out with plenty of equipment set up to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. The line at the registers was long but moved fairly quickly. Some people have no idea what social distancing is.

I made a click and collect order and it was ready within 30 minutes.
The whole process was so easy. Collected it this morning and was served by a nice woman on the counter (Gemma) I think? Approx 9: 15am Sun 14/11/2021.
