Apparently my warranty is null and void due to someone stealing my bike for less than 8 hours before it was retrieved. Due to this, the super obvious manufacturers fault is being regarded as "we don't know what the thief could have done to it".

Nowhere in the return policy or the warranty does it state warranty is affected by theft. I went in just wanting help to replace the part that had been damaged just from general riding (less than a month) on a bike I bought less than two months ago. I was willing to pay for a whole new crank if I had to but was shut down when I showed the damage and was told "we can't help you in any way due to it having been stolen at some point. ". I spent nearly $700 in under three months since shopping there, with an additional bike on order for my housemate. Safe to say I'm not shopping there and I'm cancelling the extra bike!

Update: according to the customer service line, the regional manager can just make up rules and ignore consumer law.

Further update: a few weeks later having tried numerous fixes, the pedal arm continually comes off requiring me to swap out the entire crank due a manufacturers fault that wouldn't be addressed by the store. I can't stress enough to avoid their dodgy sales tactics as the only importer of Fluid bikes and their false sales pricing. I've had nothing but regret since buying this bike between the dodgy brakes and stuck gears to begin with before this bullcrap!

This store is the epitome of modern day poor customer service! After purchasing 4 of their premium mountain bikes (Daytona) all of which were faulty they found one of their floor stock was fully functional. In what I thought would be a simple (and common sense) swap I was informed that I was required to pay an additional $30 assembly fee. I shared a little nugget of common sense with the two staff behind the counter suggesting that given I have had to assemble 3 bikes previously and dispose of all the boxes that perhaps the appropriate thing to do was to waive the fee as a gesture of good will and good customer service. They just starred at me with vacant looks on their faces like I was speaking something other than English. After trying to explain what customer service is and getting nowhere, I simply gave up and asked for a refund. Do you self a favour, if you want a bike, go somewhere else and save yourself the frustration

We were assisted by a worker named Darcy who went above and beyond to help us. We asked a lot of questions about a product and he found out the answers and did several price checks. Darcy was very friendly and served us with a smile and genuine care. Because of Darcy's service, we walked out of store with over $200 worth of products we weren't intending to buy that day. My husband and I believe the store is very lucky to have a worker like Darcy! Well done Darcy and all the best for your future!

I have always loved anaconda but after today I will no longer recommend them at all. If you want a fridge for your ute do not purchase one with anaconda. We bought our son one in December it no longer works and they refuse to fix or replace it please ensure you read their store policies. This is one shop that will no longer get our customer service.

Wow! New to the area asked for fishing spots and tips was guided by Taner the fishing man with a hat at Anaconda (Great bloke) great day caught plenty of fish and learnt heaps if you're ever in Mildura and love your fishing go See this bloke for all your fishing advice. Thank you!

Do yourself a favour pop into Anaconda Mildura and chase down the young chap Locky. Don't think I have met a more passionate fisherman then him, true gentleman with an extensive local fishing knowledge. TRUST ME he'll put you on the right track to catching a Murray Cod or two. 10/10 for the customer service, definitely will back to see you mate.

PS I hope you are rewarded for all your hard work and can inspire many more like yourself.

Not good staff were rude pricing from catalog doesn't apply in store was very happy going in there a few times until my last run in trying to resolve an issue with the price of something, staff told my father that it "wasn't there problem' we will not be back and will be telling many others not to go there the members price is a joke and the staff don't wanna be there

If you are going into this store to buy anything I highly suggest you walk to the back of the store and pop your head into see their store man as you will not get service from any other staff (I think his name is Connor or copper) I walked past 3 staff that were having a chat in the middle of the store and wasn’t acknowledged so I had a look at the chairs and just as I was about to walk out of the store the young man had spotted me from the store room then proceeded to help me with any questions I had. I walked out of the store with a bike and 5 accessories to go with it. I’m definitely coming back to see this young man a true professional!
