I went to the store to buy a jacket. The service provided by James was impeccable. He was so friendly and ever willing to help. His product knowledge was excellent and he helped me choose a suitable jacket according to my requirements. James is a valuable service staff! Well done James

The quality of the bike is very poor. I bought two daytuna+ for 599. One rode twice and the wheel fell off. One chain fell off. No money for the brake disc.

Came in there yesterday to buy a fishing rod and came out with the whole package. Thanks to the one awesome staff member who knew about fishing and helped me choose the right setup.

5 stars sevice for staff name James. I went to anaconda maribyrnong on Thurs 6/7 to refund my clothes and James was the one who serving me. He always has smile on his face and was so friendly and helpful. That make me want to comeback again. Thanks James!

Terrible service. Purchased the wrong size item and the guy posturing as a supervisor was full of excuses for why he couldn't exchange the product. Didn't bother checking my receipt or item that was clearly unworn with tags and still boxed. I went to another Anaconda store and item was exchanged without any of the unnecessary drama.

Your typical Anaconda. If you've been to one you've been to them all. Not the cheapest places to buy from.

Store is a bit of a shambles but they have a great range. Staff were a bit light on but having said that, I did not have to wait for service and they were very pleasant.my go to for comparing quality and price.

Plenty of product choice. The price difference for loyalty club membership makes that choice a no-brainer. Easy access to this location and plenty of parking usually available.

REALLY good customer service and such a good range of gear. I bought a very good sleeping bag for only $40 down from $79 and it looks nearly as good as bags worth $300+
Edit: Boxing Day Sales 2022 - bought a great Dune camping chair for 40% off and staff were ultra friendly and helpful!

I'm not suggesting buying anaconda brand bikes - they don't use generic parts - so when some parts wear or break, so too does the bike.
But the bike mechanic was very, very helpful.

Anaconda staff member Johnny, was extremely rude to a client and staff member of mine. Extremely disrespectful and using foul language when he was asked questions. Johnny defiantly needs to work on his customer services skills - perhaps providing him with more education and support around this or maybe changing to a non customer facing role.

The store has everything you may need for fishing and camping and the staff are incredibly helpful. Johnny was excellent in helping with all my fishing needs.

I had a really lovely experience shopping at Anaconda Maribyrnong today. Ally told me she was only 3 days into her new job at Anaconda. Ally was so helpful on guiding me on a dual sleeping bag, camping chairs and drink bottles. She also helped me carry out my shopping to my car. Old fashioned service with a smile never goes unnoticed. Thank you Ally.

I visited the Maribyrnong Anaconda store today to buy some hiking boots. Diana was very helpful and assisted me to find a great pair of shoes suited to my hiking needs. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

This store is apparently understaffed they couldn't even look for a single item at the back. They said it could take hours, aren't the pallets identified with what is inside? The website shows the item only available at this store but when you get there it isn't and staff members don't seem to even want to look at the back. If you have 10-25 pallets there to unpack and organise then don't advertise the item as available. Not satisfied with my customer experience at all. Also, the whole place look really messy and disorganised and staff members look unhappy and super stressed but there were literally only 4 people wandering around in the whole store. Disappointing.

Great products, especially for camping needs. Staffs could be pay more attention to customers rather than just walking around pretending to be busy

Very well stocked and the floor layout makes shopping easy to navigate. Very friendly, helpful smiling staff. A real pleasure to shop and look around for other goodies.
